Lib Solar announces that Natty B Davis III will step away from all operational, management, governance, strategic, and decision-making responsibilities related to the Company, following his acceptance of a new professional role supporting the Liberia Energy Sector Support Programme II (LESSAP II) Project Implementation Unit.

The ongoing strategic reset and relaunch process, led under the management of BNE Development Corporation, will continue as planned, with a focus on strengthening the Company’s operational foundation, customer experience, market strategy, and long-term sustainability.

We congratulate Mr. Davis on this next chapter of service to Liberia and thank him for his contributions during this important phase of Lib Solar’s journey.

LIB Solar’s CEO Natty B Davis III has officially touched down in Gbarpolu County and will spend the next 4–5 days traveling across communities in Gbarpolu and Grand Cape Mount to meet directly with our customers and partners.

This visit is part of the new management’s commitment to rebuilding trust, strengthening service, and ensuring every LIB Solar customer receives the support they deserve.

At LIB Solar, we believe something very simple:

Yesterday, LIB Solar’s Chief Executive Officer, Natty B Davis III, and Chief Commercial Officer, Elton Barzee Reeves, were on the ground in Margibi County (Firestone Division 14) meeting directly with customers and community members.

These field engagements are part of LIB Solar’s renewed commitment to strengthening relationships with the communities we serve — listening closely, addressing concerns, and ensuring customers clearly understand the improvements underway.

During the visit, the CEO reaffirmed to customers that the team is working tirelessly to rebuild LIB Solar from the ground up, with a strong focus on service delivery, customer support, and operational excellence.

LIB Solar has formally transitioned into new ownership BNE Development Corporation and management under Liberian leadership.

We are pleased to introduce the BNE management team guiding the company through its rebuilding phase:

Natty B Davis III

Natty brings over seven years of experience in Liberia’s off-grid energy sector, working across commercial expansion, structured financing mechanisms, and institutional development within the renewable energy market.

His background includes leading solar market growth initiatives, designing result-based financing programs to expand access for low-income households, and advising on sustainable energy sector development.

Elton Barzee Reeves I

Elton brings strong commercial leadership and operational management experience, with a focus on revenue systems, customer engagement, and market expansion.

A key part of this effort will include direct engagement with our community collectors and field-based partners, who play a vital role in supporting customers and ensuring repayment systems function effectively.

Immediate Priority: Listening, Resolving, and Rebuilding

We understand that many customers have experienced service and communication challenges in recent months. We also recognize that former employees and community collectors were affected during the transition period.

The new management team’s immediate priority is to understand these issues in detail and implement structured solutions.

In the coming weeks, LIB Solar will:

• Review outstanding customer service cases
• Strengthen customer support and response systems
• Engage directly with community collectors to restore coordination and clarity and any unresolved issues
• Improve internal operational processes
• Engage constructively with affected former staff

Following the recent ownership transition of LIB Solar Liberia, the new management has commenced a structured and comprehensive review of all outstanding employment-related matters.

We are aware that some former employees have pending claims, concerns, or unresolved issues arising prior to the ownership transition. We take these matters seriously. As part of our commitment to responsible corporate governance, we are undertaking a careful assessment of all such cases to ensure they are reviewed objectively, fairly, and in accordance with applicable labor laws, contractual obligations, and established company policies.

It is important to note that this review process is intended to provide clarity, transparency, and due process for all parties involved. Our goal is to ensure that each matter is evaluated on its individual merits, based on available documentation and relevant legal standards.

In the coming weeks, we will establish a formal engagement framework through which affected individuals may submit or confirm documentation, receive acknowledgement of review, and participate in a structured dialogue process where appropriate.
