LIB Solar – Official Introduction of New Leadership
New Leadership. Renewed Commitment. Focused on Rebuilding.
LIB Solar has formally transitioned into new ownership BNE Development Corporation and management under Liberian leadership.
We are pleased to introduce the new executive team guiding the company through its rebuilding phase:
Natty B Davis III– Chief Executive Officer
Natty brings over seven years of experience in Liberia’s off-grid energy sector, working across commercial expansion, structured financing mechanisms, and institutional development within the renewable energy market.
His background includes leading solar market growth initiatives, designing result-based financing programs to expand access for low-income households, and advising on sustainable energy sector development.
As Chief Executive Officer, his immediate focus is operational stabilization, governance strengthening, and rebuilding long-term institutional credibility for LIB Solar.
Elton Barzee Reeves I – Chief Commercial Officer
Elton brings strong commercial leadership and operational management experience, with a focus on revenue systems, customer engagement, and market expansion.
As Chief Commercial Officer, he will lead LIB Solar’s commercial reset — strengthening customer communication, refining repayment systems, reactivating market confidence, and rebuilding sustainable relationships across the communities we serve.
A key part of this effort will include direct engagement with our community collectors and field-based partners, who play a vital role in supporting customers and ensuring repayment systems function effectively.
Immediate Priority: Listening, Resolving, and Rebuilding
We understand that many customers have experienced service and communication challenges in recent months. We also recognize that former employees and community collectors were affected during the transition period.
The new management team’s immediate priority is to understand these issues in detail and implement structured solutions.
In the coming weeks, LIB Solar will:
• Review outstanding customer service cases
• Strengthen customer support and response systems
• Engage directly with community collectors to restore coordination and clarity and any unresolved issues
• Improve internal operational processes
• Engage constructively with affected former staff
Rebuilding trust requires consistency, accountability, and disciplined ex*****on. That is the commitment of the new leadership team.
LIB Solar has powered thousands of households across Liberia. That responsibility remains central to our mission.
If you have an outstanding issue, please contact [Hotline Number] or message this page directly. Our team is actively reviewing and responding to cases.
This is a rebuilding phase.
And we are committed to restoring stability the right way.
Signed
