Security Manager & Investigator
Nathan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice Administration and is a retired Lt. col. Of the Armed Forces of Liberia (AFL) he has acquired several certificates in police and security sciences. He is knowledgeable in forensic investigation and VIP protection. He has worked with the United Nation Police in Liberia (UNPOL) as a special investigator, and served the joint investigative task force established by the Un and the Government of Liberia to investigate the recruitment of ex-combatants in Liberia to fight in Ivory Coast. Nathan was also an intelligence officer for many years and has worked with the National Security Agency (NSA) as a case officer. OPERATIONAL METHODOLOGY
DSS is operated by the General Manager along with a crew of capable assistants in the security administration and consultancy portfolios. The daily operations are carried out in line with the job description of each staff while monitoring and evaluation exercises are carried/out to ensure that projects goals and objectives are accomplished with overall reporting to the Board of Directors. The Board assists with policy formulation and external relationship development, amongst other functions. Clients desiring service usually contact of to the key staffs of the organization with a description of the location and the timing of the services needed. Alternatively, staffs pro-actively seek such service recognizing the need that for such entities to be protected. DSS really dispatches a crew of its personnel to study the feasibility of such protective coverage. Based on successful completion of such studies. Formal contracts are entered into and the task implementation begins within the framework of the business and Association Laws of Liberia.
