LEGAL CLARITY AND PUBLIC NOTICE
TO: The General Public, All Government Agencies, Financial Institutions, Business Community, and Media Houses of Liberia.
FROM: The Legitimate Foundation and Leadership of the Patriotic Entrepreneurs of Liberia (PATEL).
SUBJECT: CLARIFICATION ON ILLEGAL USURPATION OF THE PATEL NAME AND OFFICES BY DEFEATED PARTIES LED BY DOMINIC NIMELY DATE: January 18, 2026
1. PREAMBLE
This notice serves to provide definitive legal clarity and to warn the public against engaging with a group of individuals falsely and illegally presenting themselves as the "Members and Chairman of the Patriotic Entrepreneurs of Liberia (PATEL)." This group, led by Dominic Nimely, has no legal authority, mandate, or recognition to act in the name of PATEL.
2. LEGAL HISTORY AND JUDICIAL DETERMINATION
The matter of leadership and control of the Patriotic Entrepreneurs of Liberia (PATEL) was conclusively settled by the Civil Law Court "B" at the Temple of Justice, Monrovia, Liberia, in November 2017.
* A legal action was initiated concerning the internal governance and legitimate leadership of PATEL.
After a full hearing and consideration of evidence, the Court ruled decisively in favor of the legitimate Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PATEL.
The claims and attempted leadership coup by Dominic Nimely and his associates were fully defeated and dismissed by the Court
The judgment reaffirmed the founding authority and sole legitimate leadership of the organization under its Founder/CEO in person of Honorable Presley Saye Tenwah.
Attached hereto and forming an integral part of this notice is the certified copy of the Court's final judgment/ruling from November 2017 and their fake Liberian Business Registration that were revoked by the legal authority of the Liberian Business Registry (Evidence Attached).
3. CONSEQUENCES OF THE COURT JUDGMENT
The 2017 judgment is final, binding, and remains in full force and effect. As a direct result:
Dominic Nimely and any person claiming authority under him are legally barred from representing themselves as officers, chairmen, or authorized agents of PATEL.
Any attempts by this defeated group to convene meetings, collect dues, enter into contracts, or make public statements in the name of PATEL are unlawful acts of impersonation.
The entity they purport to lead is a nullity in the eyes of the law and has no standing to undertake any business or advocacy in the name of the registered organization "Patriotic Entrepreneurs of Liberia (PATEL)."
4. PUBLIC WARNING AND NOTICE
The General Public and all PATEL members nationwide are hereby cautioned that the group led by Dominic Nimely is not affiliated with the legitimate PATEL.
Government Ministries, Agencies, and Commissions (MACs) are advised to disregard any correspondence, applications, or representations from the "Dominic Nimely group" claiming to be PATEL. All official engagements with PATEL must be channeled through its verified, court-recognized Founder and CEO.
Financial Institutions are warned not to open or operate any accounts for this illegal group under the PATEL name, as doing so may facilitate fraud and expose them to legal liability.
The Media is urged to verify the authenticity of any press release or spokesperson claiming to represent PATEL by contacting the officially recognized leadership.
5. POTENTIAL LEGAL CONSEQUENCES FOR IMPERSONATION
The actions of Nimely and his cohorts may constitute, inter alia;
Criminal Impersonation (under relevant sections of the Penal Law of Liberia).
Contempt of Court for willfully acting against the spirit and letter of the 2017 judgment.
Fraud and Misrepresentation, potentially leading to civil liability for any damages caused.
The legitimate PATEL leadership reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including criminal complaints and suits for damages, against these individuals and any parties who knowingly aid them.
6. PATEL STATUS AND LEGAL STANDING
For the avoidance of any doubt:
The Patriotic Entrepreneurs of Liberia (PATEL) is a legally registered entity under the laws of Liberia.
Its sole legitimate and court-vindicated leadership resides with its Founder and Chief Executive Officer, as affirmed by the Civil Law Court "B" in November 2017.
Any contrary claim is false, illegal, and without merit.
All legitimate inquiries and correspondence should be directed to the officially recognized office of the Patriotic Entrepreneurs of Liberia (PATEL) under its Founder/CEO.
