I am deeply saddened to hear about the passing of my two friends who worked with me at the Ministry of Planning and Economics Affairs (MOPEA) in the ICT Department while serving as ICT Principal Director. I enjoyed working with them and I am sure we learned much from each other.
My thoughts are with you Frederick Sumo and John Kwalalon. May your souls rest in perfect peace.
