December 17, 2025, Mr. Dyan Vatikeh received the New Deed Forms for Nimba County. The New Deed Forms have a unique security features and will only be sold to licence surveyors and not practicing surveyors or any other person. The fees for any deed form/template is just $25.00 USD or it's equivalent in LRD.
Note, every other deed that is not probated and registered will be cancelled by January 30,2026. And only Liberia Land Authority will offer deed Forms/Templates throughout the country. This great move will cancel world trade center or any other source and further crush all invading elements within the land sector. UNDP Resident Representative turn over prepared customary land deeds to LLA Chairman Adam Mulbah for further turn over to beneficial counties including Nimba, Sanoe and Maryland. Note, these are concessions operational areas. This project is unarguably "Sustaining Peace & Reconciliation through Land Governance and Dispute Resolution Mechanism".
