A man named George Dinirio Morris uploaded a n**e video and photo of a young woman in a Facebook messenger group own by him.
According to the victim, George took them out (she and her friends), bought them alcoholic beverages and later on found herself lying at his house but didn't know he had done such thing (s*x) to her because she was very helpless. She said, on the eve to Christmas, she got a call from her friend asking her to come online because there was a video posted about her by George which doesn't represent her and it's very disgraceful. She immediately went there and found out that it was true and immediately decided to contact George but to the contrary, he seems to have downplayed his actions.
He claimed that he was unaware, he's not the one that did the posting and he doesn't know how the video left his phone to the phone of the person who posted it. While trying to have a friendly talk, he (George) started to threaten her because she told him she was going to get the police involved.
Since than, George has been on the run..
The law involved with recording is commonly called "wiretapping law," which covers all forms of electronic communication, including cellphones, emails, and cameras.
As we all know that whether the conversation was made in the confines of a private space such as a house or private room, or in a public place, such as a park or restaurant, the audio or video recording of a conversation, done without the consent of both parties, is still illegal and punished under the Anti-Wiretapping Law.
We want to call on all women activists to kindly get involve because this is a crime against women and it's also known as a r**e.
This case will not be compromise...
We need Justice for the Victim...
