Knowing your worth is best thing u can do. It's a kind of internal being that helps you to understand,love, accept and appreciate your self despite your flaws.
Knowing who you really are is seen in times of hardships, times when no one is there for u! That's where acceptance comes in and better self understanding that you are morethan your situation, more than external forces! This only comes by knowing your worth.
