As we deep dive into our fifth cohort incubation program under CAFI

It simply a great session for the first episode of our Basotho Startup Weekend. This monthly session for every third week of the month is a platform for entrepreneurs to engage and share ideas of modern business ecosystem. There trainings and information sharing sessions couple with engaging business conversations. Everyone leaves the house with new ideas, empowering awareness, and a lot more.

This week we had an honour of having presentation by Dr Gamedze from African Regional Intellectual Property Organization - ARIPO. The entrepreneurs demonstrated deep sense of appreciation for awareness of the power IP protection.

We also discussed more on risk management for startup.

Bahoebi ba basotho ba etsang food products, let's get our food products tested and and certified for coplying with safety standards and accessing formal markets. If you process or produce food products, come and get information on getting your products tested and certified. We need to see more basotho products filling the shelves of the suppermarkets and even getting ready for the export market.
