DON’T BE COMFORTABLE WITH WHAT SHOULD MAKE YOU UNCOMFORTABLE!

I am having in mind an ABUSE. Do something about it. Treat it like you do when you come across a scorpion. You kill it, failing which it will kill you.

BUT get me well, DON’T kill the human abuser, deal with the ABUSE:

* Let the abuser know how you feel. Some abusers fear CONFRONTATION; or

* Report the abuse to a person that can deal with it. Some abusers don’t want to be EXPOSED to the world out there; or

* Initiate legal proceedings. The law is there as a VOICE of the voiceless and the HELP to the helpless.

LOOK FOR THE GOOD…

Even in the midst of CHALLENGES. It is a public secret that applying for and getting a passport is a BIG challenge. I am in the process of that right now.

Yesterday {15/06/26} I had the opportunity TO EXPERIENCE what every ordinary Mosotho experiences upon the application of a passport:

* Waiting in the open space for hours on end, ho chesa, ho bata, ho le moea joalo-joalo;

* No visible place to go to when nature calls;

* The non-stop work ea basebetsi ba re sebeletsang. As I am writing this today {16/06/26} it is lunch time and they are still working.

BUT, ha ho ntho e bohloko ho qeta. I witnessed something GOOD. Yesterday and today, I rented a plastic chair for M5.00 {per day} from ‘Me ‘Marethabile. She saw a BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY and she crabbed it! This makes the long waiting period tolerable.
