Happy 60th Independence Day, Lesotho!
As Lesotho celebrates 60 years of independence, BEDCO joins the nation in reflecting on the journey, resilience, and potential of our people. Independence is more than a milestone—it is a reminder of our ability as Basotho to shape our own future, create opportunities, build sustainable livelihoods, and grow a stronger economy through the power of enterprise.
For BEDCO, this journey is reflected in our commitment to transforming Basotho businesses and empowering entrepreneurs to build, grow and sustain their enterprises. Through business development support, access to finance, incubation, market access, enterprise development and investment readiness, we continue to create an enabling environment where MSMEs can start, survive and scale.
As we celebrate 60 years of independence, we celebrate the entrepreneurs who turn ideas into businesses, businesses into jobs, and businesses into opportunities for communities. Our independence is strengthened when Basotho businesses grow, when local products reach new markets, and when our people have the confidence and resources to build their own economic future.
