Job Purpose

Thaba-Kholo Diamond Mining is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create visually compelling designs that enhances its brand identity. The candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics for various media, including print, digital, and social platforms, to support the mining operations and projects. This is a full-time position based in Maseru and Johannesburg office.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet company goals.
• Use design software to create high-quality graphics.
• Develop and execute graphic design strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual communications.
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback from supervisor.
• Ensure final graphics are visually appealing and align with the company’s objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of a Diploma/Degree in graphic design or any related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience with proven record in graphic design.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail & teamwork skills
