HEALING IS A MUST | EMPLOYEE WELLNESS WORKSHOP

On 31 July 2026, Government Printing & Stationery hosted an engaging and insightful Employee Wellness Workshop under the theme “Healing is a Must.”

The workshop brought together employees and a distinguished panel of guest speakers who shared valuable insights on some of the challenges we face both in and outside the workplace.

Lt. Teboho Matjeka and Lt. Bothata Silase from the Lesotho Defence Force spoke candidly about workplace challenges, relationships, personal responsibility and self-development. Their sessions encouraged employees to reflect on how we conduct ourselves, navigate relationships and continue growing both personally and professionally.

Dr. 'Maletlotlo Molelekoa from Queen 'Mamohato Memorial Hospital focused on mental health, stress management and emotional wellbeing, reminding us of the importance of recognising when we need to pause, seek support and take care of ourselves.

Mr. Tlali Mpholo from Absolute Investment Advisors took employees through the world of financial literacy, covering topics such as money management, investing, wills, trusts and estate planning. His presentation highlighted the importance of making informed financial decisions today to build a more secure tomorrow.

The day was filled with open discussions, practical insights and meaningful engagement, giving employees an opportunity to learn, reflect and connect beyond their usual workplace responsibilities.

At Government Printing & Stationery, we believe that a healthy and empowered workforce is essential to building a stronger organisation.

Healing is a must. Growth is a choice. And investing in ourselves is always worthwhile.
