Dear Members,

*Today at 13:00hrs* we will be having a meeting with *officials from the Cooperatives Office*.

*Purpose of Meeting:*
To teach us about *registering our society* and how to *write our Constitution and Bylaws of Operation*.

*Venue*: *Community Hall, Thaba T’soeu*
*Time*: 13:00hrs sharp*
*Who: *Anybody is welcome* – Members, interested farmers, and community members

This is a very important step for our coop. Let’s come in numbers and learn together so we can register Thaba T’soeu Poultry properly.
