We were honoured to sponsor and present the Award for Best Performing Female Student in General Agriculture at the Lesotho Agricultural College’s 2026 Graduation Ceremony.

This award was inspired by our She is Her: She Farms initiative under Noble Consultants, an initiative dedicated to inspiring, empowering and supporting women in farming and agriculture. Through this award, we continue to recognise excellence, celebrate the achievements of women in agriculture, and contribute to the spirit of the International Year of the Woman Farmer 2026.

A very special congratulations to the recipient of this year’s award, Ms. Reitumetse Rankhoana, whose exceptional performance saw her receive more than five additional awards across various categories. Your dedication, discipline and excellence are truly commendable.

As you step into the next chapter of your journey, may you continue to excel, lead and make your mark in agriculture and beyond.

To the entire Class of 2026, congratulations on this remarkable achievement. We wish you all the very best as you take your knowledge, skills and dreams into the world.

At Noble Consultants, we believe that when we invest in women, we invest in the future of agriculture.
