🌍 When sustainability becomes a measurable result
We are proud to share that DOLOOP has received the LTG Cargo Green Kilometres Certificate, confirming our tangible contribution to reducing environmental impact.
📉 In 2025, rail freight transport helped save 24 tons of CO₂e emissions.
This achievement is the result of conscious choices:
🚆 prioritising rail transport over more carbon-intensive alternatives,
🤝 building strong and responsible partnerships with LTG Cargo,
🌱 committing to a long-term sustainability strategy — not just declarations.
This certificate is clear proof that logistics can be both efficient and responsible at the same time.
We remain focused on moving forward — every decision and every green kilometre truly matters.
Our sincere thanks to LTG Cargo for the collaboration and transparent impact assessment.

In January, Doloop earned AA — the highest rating under the new BRC Global Standard for Packaging and Packaging Materials, version 7.

V7 is a meaningful step up from the previous standard. First audit under it, top grade. Three minor non-conformities were flagged. All three closed before we left the room.

For clients in beverage, food, technical and medical-related packaging: the food safety work happens every day here, not the week before someone shows up with a clipboard.

30 years in PET. We've been through a few of these standards upgrades. This one we're proud of.

30 years ago, it started with a simple idea and a leap of faith.

From a small factory in Lithuania to sustainability leadership across Europe – Doloop’s journey has been powered by something irreplaceable: the people who believed in what we could become.

Two weeks ago we celebrated not just three decades of growth, but the relationships that made it possible. Partners who took chances on us. Employees who turned challenges into innovations. Customers who trusted us with their brands.

We’ve evolved from traditional PET manufacturing to regenerative packaging solutions, proving that Lithuanian companies can lead global sustainability efforts. But our greatest achievement isn’t a certification or award – it’s the community we’ve built together.

To everyone who joined our celebration: you reminded us why we do this. Business isn’t just about products or profits. It’s about creating something meaningful that lasts.

Here’s to the next chapter of our flight together 🚀

🚀 A major step forward – Doloop has launched its second APET film production line! ♻️

We are excited to share that Doloop has successfully commissioned its second APET film production line! This marks another strategic milestone in strengthening our capabilities and delivering sustainable manufacturing solutions within the circular economy framework.

This investment is not only a leap in technology but also a strong statement of our continued commitment to the environment, innovation, and quality. From now on, we’ll be able to respond to market demands even more efficiently – while maintaining the highest sustainability standards. 🌍

💬 “This is more than just new equipment. It’s the result of trust in our team and a step toward a future where manufacturing and sustainability go hand in hand.”

🙏 We sincerely thank the entire Doloop team – from engineers and operators to project managers and administrative staff. Your dedication, professionalism, and hard work were essential to the success of this project. Every one of you contributed to this new beginning.

💡 We don’t just talk about change – we make it happen. Because only together can we build a future we’ll be proud of.
