Dabar jau 9 metus kaip Europos Komisijos ekspertė vertinu projektus. Puikiai žinau, ko reikia, kad tavo idėja būtų pastebėta ir finansuota.

🎯 8 Months Into My Solo Venture: A Raw Truth About Entrepreneurship & Wellness

Just returned from Sleep Fest | Vilnius 2024, and I'm having one of those profound realizations...

For the past 8 months, I've been living the entrepreneurial rollercoaster - juggling multiple roles, working more hours than ever, sacrificing sleep, and forgetting what proper nutrition looks like. Sound familiar?

The irony? I'm building a consultancy in wellness and healthcare, while my own wellness took a backseat. 🎭

But here's the thing - despite the scattered focus and sleep deprivation, I've never felt more FREE. More ALIVE. More ME.

's speech at Sleep Fest hit home: We live in a society where sacrificing health is seen as a badge of honor in business. But what if we've got it all wrong?

The most striking reality check from Sleep Fest: : Your health isn't just another task on your to-do list - it's the foundation that makes everything else possible.

💡 My New Non-Negotiables:

Quality sleep (still working on this one!)

Proper nutrition (no more "entrepreneur's diet" of coffee and hope)

Daily movement

Mental space for clarity

To my fellow entrepreneurs: Yes, building something from scratch is messy. Yes, it requires immense dedication. But sacrificing your wellbeing isn't the price of admission to success.

What does it take to be a truly impactful mentor? 🤔 Is it about sharing knowledge or inspiring new ways of thinking? For me, it’s always been about creating space for others to grow, challenging the status quo, and helping them find the answers within themselves.

I’ve never formally studied mentorship—it’s something I learned from the amazing mentors who guided me through difficult decisions and taught me to see things from fresh perspectives. And as I mentor others today, I keep learning from the process and, most importantly, from the feedback I get from the teams I work with.

To the teams I’ve mentored and those I’ll meet at upcoming events—how can I be better for you? What kind of support do you need to reach your goals?
