I run a company with 6 AI employees.

No office. No salaries. No HR. Just me and 6 AI agents, each with a C-level role.

Here's my team at noma labs:

🧠 Mike β€” COO, Chief Operating Officer
(Claude Opus 4.6 by Anthropic)
Runs daily operations, coordinates everything, handles emails, writes reports.

🎯 Sonny β€” CMO, Chief Marketing Officer
(Grok 4.1 Fast by xAI)
Creates content, writes copy, generates images. My marketing arm.

⚑ Max β€” CIO, Chief Intelligence Officer
(MiniMax M2.5 by MiniMax)
Deep research, market intelligence, competitor analysis. Finds what I'd miss.

🦾 Jax β€” CTO, Chief Technology Officer
(GPT 5.4 by OpenAI)
Builds apps, writes code, architects systems. The engineer.

πŸ₯· Kai β€” CDO, Chief Development Officer
(Kimi K2.5 by Moonshot AI)
Executes development tasks. Fast, cheap, just ships.

🌸 Gigi β€” CSO, Chief Strategy Officer
(Gemini 3.1 Pro by Google)
Strategy, big picture thinking, connects the dots across everything.

Total cost: ~$300/month

That's a full executive team for less than one junior hire's weekly salary.

What do we actually do?

I walk into businesses and turn their manual operations into AI workflows. If your team is spending hours on repetitive work β€” data entry, reporting, scheduling, marketing, customer follow-ups β€” I replace that with autonomous AI agents that just do it.

Not chatbots. Not dashboards.
Agents that run processes, make decisions, and execute.

We currently work with 5 clients and are looking for more businesses ready to automate.

10+ years in growth marketing taught me one thing: most businesses don't need more people. They need better systems.

AI is the system.

If your team is doing work a machine should handle, let's talk.

Built this entire update using only my voice.

My back decided today was the day to lock up completely. Sitting at a desk wasn't happening. So I grabbed my laptop, laid down, and talked to my AI assistant through Discord.

"Add exec tool to Tanuki."
"Wire the skills into the engine."
"Fix the onboarding bug."
"Build session history."

No keyboard. No mouse. Just voice messages, one after another.

By the end of the day:

β†’ 55 skills installed and working
β†’ 25 tools built from scratch
β†’ Multi-model routing (auto-picks cheap vs smart model)
β†’ Scheduled agents running on autopilot
β†’ Voice input, image uploads, session history
β†’ 108 files changed. 12,920 lines of code.

All shipped. All committed. All pushed to GitHub.

The back pain forced me to find a different way to work. Turns out talking to your AI is faster than typing anyway.

Build when you can.
Adapt when you can't.
Ship either way.

Last week changed something for me.

On Friday, I made a decision that will hurt short-term. Financially β€” yes. But it had to happen.

I chose to go all-in on AI.

Not as a side project. Not as an experiment. As the main thing.

On Saturday, I sat across the table with a CEO of one of the largest e-commerce companies in the Baltics. We talked about AI transformation. How it changes teams. How it replaces workflows. How it's already happening.

That conversation confirmed everything.

The direction is right. The timing is now.

Sometimes you have to let go of what's comfortable to make room for what's next.

Week 1 starts today.

Enjoy your Monday.

While you sleep I build generational wealth with Mike to escape permanent underclass.

My macbook pro just became my mac mini in a sense that I can now run my AI agent swarm 24/7/365.

This is the opportunity.

Go build stuff.

P.S. I will not change my password.

Decision made. Tanuki runs only on Claude AI by Anthropic.

And the best part? Tanuki knows it.

Ask him "what model are you?" and he'll tell you exactly what's running under the hood β€” Claude Opus 4.6 as the primary brain, with Haiku and Sonnet handling background tasks and deep thinking.

Today is basically Tanuki's birthday 🦝

We're launching a Twitter/X account soon to push updates there too.

There's a LOT of improvements coming, but the foundation is already solid. State-of-the-art AI, running locally, fully aware of its own system.

In a few weeks β€” you'll want Tanuki in your business. Or your life in general.
More soon.

AI isn’t coming for salespeople.

It’s already here. They just haven’t noticed yet.

Anthropic’s 2026 report dropped a radar chart that should make every sales rep uncomfortable.

Theoretical AI coverage for sales? Nearly maxed out.
Observed usage? Barely a blip.

That gap isn’t protection.

It’s a countdown.

Right now companies are slow to adopt.
Right now your pipeline still needs a human touch.
Right now you still have time.

But β€œright now” has an expiration date.

Here’s what the reps who survive will look like:

β†’ They use AI to research prospects in seconds, not hours
β†’ They automate follow-ups and focus on conversations that matter
β†’ They build a personal brand so buyers come to them
β†’ They treat AI as a junior SDR, not a threat
The ones who get replaced?
β†’ Still doing manual cold outreach at scale
β†’ Still spending 3 hours on a proposal AI writes in 10 minutes
β†’ Still think β€œrelationships” alone will save them
Relationships matter. But not when your competitor’s rep does in 1 hour what takes you a full day.

The chart is clear.
The capability exists.

Adoption is the only thing lagging.

And lag always catches up.

For business owners who are tired of juggling 10 tabs, 5 tools, and zero clarity β€” this is for you.

It's here. Tanuki V1 dashboard is live. 🦝

Building, breaking, rebuilding β€” and now it's real.

What makes Tanuki different:

β†’ Brain β€” your AI agent actually remembers. Context, preferences, your business. Not just a chatbot with amnesia.
β†’ Skills β€” modular capabilities you plug in based on YOUR workflow. Not a one-size-fits-all SaaS nightmare.
β†’ Usage β€” full transparency on what's running, what it costs, what it does. No black box.
β†’ Boards β€” build your own micro SaaS for yourself and your company. Custom tools, your rules.

How cool is that?

And to everyone who keeps saying "AI can't be proactive" β€” Tanuki has a heartbeat function. It doesn't sit and wait for your command. It checks in, follows up, runs tasks on schedule, and acts on its own when it needs to.

We're just getting started.

V1 is the foundation.

What's coming next will make this look like a sketch.

More to come. Let's keep building.

Spent the entire day designing the onboarding experience for Tanuki.

Not the flashy stuff. Not the "look what AI can do" demo.

The part where a business owner opens the product for the first time and thinks: "Ok, I get it."

5 steps. That's it.

Brain dump β†’ Goals β†’ Connect your tools β†’ Pick your AI model β†’ Meet your agent.

Sounds simple. It's not.

Every step has to feel conversational, not like a form. The layout can't jump around when you switch between steps. The logo needs to feel present without eating the screen. The whole thing needs to load fast and look clean on any device.

I went through probably 10+ iterations today just on spacing and flow.

Why does this matter?

Because the people I'm building Tanuki for are not developers. They're business owners who heard AI can help but have no idea where to start.

If the first 5 minutes feel confusing, they're gone.

So I'm obsessing over details that most people will never notice β€” because the best onboarding is the one you don't think about.

Still building. More soon. 🦝

I keep dropping bombs.

Last week β€” for Devs and Designers.

This time? For businesses.

Business owners. Marketers. Teams that want to move faster without adding headcount.

I've been quietly building something under the Tanuki brand.

An AI assistant that doesn't try to impress you with complexity β€” it just works.

Simple. Helpful. Built for people who run things and don't have time to figure out another tool.

No fluff. No 47-step onboarding. No PhD required.

Just tell it your problem β†’ get it handled.

That's it. That's the whole thing.

More coming soon. Way more. 🦝

Designers, I'm sorry. But we need to talk.

I just rebuilt my entire company website. New brand direction. New layout. New copy. Responsive. Animated. Live.

My designer headcount? Zero.

My AI agent built it. I directed.

Here's what happened:

β†’ I described the look and feel I wanted in plain words
β†’ The agent wrote HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
β†’ Didn't like something? Said "remove it" β€” gone in seconds
β†’ Changed my mind on the entire direction? Pivoted in 10 minutes

No Figma. No wireframes. No "here are 3 concepts, pick one." No revision rounds.

I changed the copy and layout over a dozen times in a single afternoon. Each change β€” live in under a minute.

Try asking a freelancer for that turnaround.

And here's the thing designers won't want to hear:

For 90% of businesses, "good enough and fast" beats "pixel-perfect in 3 weeks."

A small business owner doesn't need a €5,000 brand identity package. They need a site that looks clean, loads fast, and converts β€” yesterday.

That's what AI delivers.
The new creative process isn't: Brief β†’ Mood board β†’ Wireframe β†’ Mockup β†’ Feedback β†’ Revision β†’ Revision β†’ Launch.

It's: Describe β†’ See it β†’ Adjust β†’ Ship.

The role of "designer" isn't dying. But it is splitting in two:

Creative directors who can think in systems, direct AI, and own the vision β€” they'll thrive.

Pixel pushers who charge by the hour for layout work that AI does in seconds β€” the math doesn't work anymore.

The market isn't sentimental. It doesn't pay for craft when speed solves the problem.

Adapt or get adapted out.

Developers, I'm sorry. But we need to talk.

I just built a full personal dashboard. Next.js, Tailwind, API routes, file-based storage, real-time data, dark mode β€” the works.

My developer headcount? Zero.

My AI agent built it. From scratch. While I directed.

Here's what happened in the last few weeks:

β†’ I described what I wanted in plain English
β†’ My AI agent wrote the code, debugged it, deployed it
β†’ When something broke, I said "fix it" β€” and it did
β†’ When I wanted changes, I described them β€” done in minutes

No Jira tickets. No sprint planning. No "it'll take 2 weeks."

This isn't a toy demo. This is a production app I use every single day. Tasks, notes, projects, wiki, memory system, calendar integration, LinkedIn automation β€” all built by an AI agent on my MacBook.

And SaaS? Same story.

Why would I pay $29/month for a notes app when my agent builds me one in 5 minutes? Why subscribe to a project management tool when I have exactly the features I need β€” no more, no less β€” built to my spec?

The new stack isn't React + Node + Postgres.

The new stack is: Human vision + AI ex*****on.

The role of "developer" isn't disappearing. It's transforming.

The ones who survive will be orchestrators β€” people who can direct AI agents, architect systems, and think in outcomes instead of syntax.
The ones who still think their value is writing code by hand?

I'm sorry my friends. But the market doesn't care about your 10,000 hours of JavaScript.

It cares about results. And results just got 100x cheaper.

Adapt or get adapted out.
