Built this entire update using only my voice.

My back decided today was the day to lock up completely. Sitting at a desk wasn't happening. So I grabbed my laptop, laid down, and talked to my AI assistant through Discord.

"Add exec tool to Tanuki."
"Wire the skills into the engine."
"Fix the onboarding bug."
"Build session history."

No keyboard. No mouse. Just voice messages, one after another.

By the end of the day:

→ 55 skills installed and working
→ 25 tools built from scratch
→ Multi-model routing (auto-picks cheap vs smart model)
→ Scheduled agents running on autopilot
→ Voice input, image uploads, session history
→ 108 files changed. 12,920 lines of code.

All shipped. All committed. All pushed to GitHub.

The back pain forced me to find a different way to work. Turns out talking to your AI is faster than typing anyway.

Build when you can.
Adapt when you can't.
Ship either way.

Last week changed something for me.

On Friday, I made a decision that will hurt short-term. Financially — yes. But it had to happen.

I chose to go all-in on AI.

Not as a side project. Not as an experiment. As the main thing.

On Saturday, I sat across the table with a CEO of one of the largest e-commerce companies in the Baltics. We talked about AI transformation. How it changes teams. How it replaces workflows. How it's already happening.

That conversation confirmed everything.

The direction is right. The timing is now.

Sometimes you have to let go of what's comfortable to make room for what's next.

Anthropic’s 2026 report dropped a radar chart that should make every sales rep uncomfortable.

Theoretical AI coverage for sales? Nearly maxed out.
Observed usage? Barely a blip.

That gap isn’t protection.

It’s a countdown.

Right now companies are slow to adopt.
Right now your pipeline still needs a human touch.
Right now you still have time.

But “right now” has an expiration date.

Spent the entire day designing the onboarding experience for Tanuki.

Not the flashy stuff. Not the "look what AI can do" demo.

The part where a business owner opens the product for the first time and thinks: "Ok, I get it."

5 steps. That's it.

Brain dump → Goals → Connect your tools → Pick your AI model → Meet your agent.

Sounds simple. It's not.

Every step has to feel conversational, not like a form. The layout can't jump around when you switch between steps. The logo needs to feel present without eating the screen. The whole thing needs to load fast and look clean on any device.

I went through probably 10+ iterations today just on spacing and flow.

Why does this matter?

Because the people I'm building Tanuki for are not developers. They're business owners who heard AI can help but have no idea where to start.

If the first 5 minutes feel confusing, they're gone.

So I'm obsessing over details that most people will never notice — because the best onboarding is the one you don't think about.

I just rebuilt my entire company website. New brand direction. New layout. New copy. Responsive. Animated. Live.

My designer headcount? Zero.

My AI agent built it. I directed.

Here's what happened:

→ I described the look and feel I wanted in plain words
→ The agent wrote HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
→ Didn't like something? Said "remove it" — gone in seconds
→ Changed my mind on the entire direction? Pivoted in 10 minutes

No Figma. No wireframes. No "here are 3 concepts, pick one." No revision rounds.

I changed the copy and layout over a dozen times in a single afternoon. Each change — live in under a minute.

Try asking a freelancer for that turnaround.

And here's the thing designers won't want to hear:

For 90% of businesses, "good enough and fast" beats "pixel-perfect in 3 weeks."

A small business owner doesn't need a €5,000 brand identity package. They need a site that looks clean, loads fast, and converts — yesterday.

That's what AI delivers.
The new creative process isn't: Brief → Mood board → Wireframe → Mockup → Feedback → Revision → Revision → Launch.

It's: Describe → See it → Adjust → Ship.

I just built a full personal dashboard. Next.js, Tailwind, API routes, file-based storage, real-time data, dark mode — the works.

My developer headcount? Zero.

My AI agent built it. From scratch. While I directed.

Here's what happened in the last few weeks:

→ I described what I wanted in plain English
→ My AI agent wrote the code, debugged it, deployed it
→ When something broke, I said "fix it" — and it did
→ When I wanted changes, I described them — done in minutes

No Jira tickets. No sprint planning. No "it'll take 2 weeks."

This isn't a toy demo. This is a production app I use every single day. Tasks, notes, projects, wiki, memory system, calendar integration, LinkedIn automation — all built by an AI agent on my MacBook.

And SaaS? Same story.

Why would I pay $29/month for a notes app when my agent builds me one in 5 minutes? Why subscribe to a project management tool when I have exactly the features I need — no more, no less — built to my spec?

The new stack isn't React + Node + Postgres.
