Experienced crews and own equipment. Forest Echo EU (UAB Girių Aidas) is a small, owner-operated forestry services company from Lithuania, founded in 2019. We provide practical, hands-on forestry services. Our main activities include young forest thinning, tree and shrub cutting, vegetation mulching along forest roads and ditches, and the management of overgrown grassy and shrubby areas. Each year
, we increasingly focus on wood and biomass extraction. Most forestry work is carried out manually by experienced workers, with our own machinery used where required. In 2024–2025, we expanded our equipment fleet by acquiring a Kronos 160 4WDM forestry trailer and a Kronos Extendo 610 mulcher, which complemented and partially replaced the previously used Elcho Tornado 560. Our professional experience in forestry extends well beyond the founding date of the company. For many years, we carried out forestry work for other companies in Lithuania and abroad. Our experience includes work in Finland (tree planting and young forest maintenance), Norway and Germany (young forest thinning and brush cutting), in cooperation with other contracting companies. Since 2019, this experience has been consistently applied within our own company, while in Lithuania we most often work directly with clients, without intermediaries, and also participate in public tenders. The company founder holds a professional bachelor’s degree in forestry (2009–2013) and is qualified as a forestry engineer. We work directly with clients and value clear communication, safe working practices and consistent work quality. Our goal is not to be the largest contractor, but a reliable one. We can integrate into ongoing projects or independently carry out clearly defined forestry tasks.
