Are you considering investing in a social media marketing strategy this year? Want to know the benefits of social media before taking the plunge?

Here you go TOP 5 reasons why social media is useful for your brand and business:

✔️ It's cost-effective - You can post as many updates as you want. Every single update is free to share. It's a realistic option to combine with other marketing tactics for a comprehensive strategy;

✔️ It provides authenticity - users know when they see an ad, someone is trying to sell them something. Thru non-paid updates, brands can provide a genuine look into what defines the organization;

✔️ It compliments advertising - research shows that 81% of consumers research a business on the internet before buying;

✔️ It fosters your creative voice - it's a fantastic forum for exploring your brand's voice and creativity;

✔️ It provides a forum for customer care - 63% of users expect customer service via social media; 90% of users contact brands directly via social media; more than 1/3 of people turn to social media to voice customer service concerns. By posting at least one update a week, you show consumers you are active and engaged, and much more likely to provide the help they need.

“What the heck am I supposed to post today?”😀💡

If you have ever created content for social media, this thought has surely crossed your brain at least 43,879,098 times. And besides being engaging (hello likes, comments, and shares … we see you and we love you), how do you take all those clicks and turn them into cash?

How do you flip a social media follower into a client? Thankfully, it doesn’t have to be complicated. You just make it about You, Me and Us. While this would make for a great sitcom title, it's actually a posting formula to ensure engagement and turn your odds of flipping your followers into clients.

In this formula, you are building trust and engagement 85 percent of the time and giving a call to action to work with you 15 percent of the time. You create buzz and warm buyers because you are priming the pump and creating interest before you make your offer. Here’s how it works: Create posts that feature you, your clients and how you can work together.

All About Me Posts 🗣

1. Behind the scenes, doing my thing (aka while you are writing a book, creating a course, working at your laptop, or getting ready to get on a coaching call). Show how you do that thing that you do to make the viewer part of the story.
2. A client success story or outcome, tying it back to something of value for the reader. Example: “Think the market is too saturated? Think again. Health Coach Violet White recently launched her E.A.T. More Program with a five-figure launch in a very crowded marketplace. Congrats to Violet!"
3. A quote of yours pulled from one of your former blogs, podcasts or posts, or one that you wrote just for this. Authorities, celebrities and influencers are quoted. Gain expert status by quoting yourself regularly. (See what you just did there? You are so smart.)
4. A photo of you with someone else — your family, your dog, an employee, a client, a friend. This humanizes you and makes you much more relatable and authentic, building trust with your audience.

All About You Posts 👤

5. Ask a question once a week like: “If you had a magic wand, what’s one thing you would change about (your niche)?” This creates engagement and is more likely to get comments than regular posts.

6. Offer tips and strategies the viewer can use, such as: “Looking for a fun thing to do on a rainy day? Try an in-house scavenger hunt or hide-and-seek where each time someone finds a clue they write one for the next spot.”

All About Us Posts 👥

7. Once per week, let your readers know the next step in your funnel. Start by giving a tip or strategy, and then tell the viewer the link to use to get your lead magnet, register for your webinar or to check out the product you recommend.

8. A direct call to action. Tell them to opt-in or book an appointment to achieve the outcome you promise.

Once you finish the eight days, you repeat, ensuring your content constantly changes, engages and drives to a sale. Engage your followers, build trust and ultimately flip them from follower to client. BOOM!🔥

Hey, everyone! How all are you doing?

Yay, today is Friday - so let's enagage! 😎

Let's talk about your best experience. Tell me one thing you think everyone should try at least once in their lives. It can be everything.

For example...

When I was in Singapure I tried dinner in the dark. Wow! It was very very strange because you eat in the absolutely dark room. You can't see what you are eating, where are your plates, nothing!...

But you have an assistance - blind people. They help you to find your table and get the seat. It's one of those things which you should try! Definitely!

Now it's your time.. Ready? Go! 😀

Trust is a living, breathing, emotional bond that connects people to one another. It's intimate, personal, and powerful. In a world where it seems like everyone is out to pitch, scam, or srew you, it's also a rare and precious commodity.

Trust manifests itself on a spectrum. The degree to wihich you trust someone determines how far out you'll stick your neck for her. Therefore, to overcome barries of distrust, it's not enough just to be a trustworthy person - you have to be a person who creates trust. ✔️

Think of it like campfire 🏕. To be trustworthy is to have your kindling, wood, tinder, and matches all set up and ready to go. But in the immortal words of rock icon and park ranger Bruce Springsteen, you can't start a fire without a splash. 🔥

As you'll see, there are no shortcuts to gaining someone's trust. It takes time to create an emotional bond and energy to bring it to life. If you don't make a long-term commitment to keeping the fire going it will quickly burn out. 🗝

What do I mean when I say "as a freelancer you are your brand"?

I mean that when you are selling your services, you are actually selling yourself.

If you will build a strong digital brand you’ll make yourself:

🔥Easy to find
🔥Easy to remember
🔥Good to know

You want to be understood as an expert and an influencer in your field, and in a world where most industry communication is digital, you better be all over it!

Listening to your target audience is the only way to know exactly what they need. And because their wants and needs are fluid, you can never stop listening. Whatever methods you use to communicate with your target audience - surveys, data analytics, focus groups, social media engagement - you have to create an open-ended conversation that is dynamic as your customer base.

Take note of what patterns resonate across your customer base; these are “content triggers”, and they are key to establishing a real connection. Use these triggers as a guide in creating and distributing content; they’re vital in your journey toward becoming top of mind.

Remember these three basic steps:
> Listen to your audience. What do they value? What’s important to them?
> Craft the way you engage and communicate with this audience around those content triggers.
> Repeat.

Simple, Right? 😉
