You’ll work with clients, strategists, designers, creatives and production partners to help turn complex projects into smooth, well-managed outcomes - from brand and communication work to pitches, workshops, events and internal initiatives.

🟰 THE CHALLENGES YOU’LL TAKE ON 🟰
— Manage project workflows across timelines, deliverables, ownership, scope, risks, budgets and change requests
— Coordinate strategy, creative and production teams to ensure smooth ex*****on and high-quality outcomes
— Serve as the main client contact, keeping communication clear and alignment strong throughout the project
— Prepare documentation and coordinate submissions for tenders, pitches, workshops, internal initiatives and client events
— Identify challenges early and help resolve them before they slow the project down
— Keep projects structured, teams focused and clients confident

🟰 WHAT YOU’LL NEED IN YOUR TOOLKIT 🟰
— 1–2 years of experience in a brand, communication or creative agency environment
— Strong communication skills and confidence leading conversations with clients and internal teams
— Great planning and organisational skills, especially in dynamic, fast-changing contexts
— Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing sight of the bigger picture
— Motivation, energy and genuine interest in working with high-profile brands, campaigns and rebrands
— Comfort working with cross-functional teams and different types of personalities

Synthesis turns 10.0

Reaching this new zero represents more than the passage of time; it marks the evolution of our conviction.

What started in 2016 from single desk has since grown into the region’s largest strategic collective. Over the last decade, we have evolved from a boutique into a unified ecosystem of five agencies and over sixty strategists, data scientists, researchers, and designers.

Our goal was never to become the biggest agency, but to be at the center of the biggest changes. We have been fortunate to do exactly that, working alongside the architects of the region’s most significant shifts across business, tech, the public sector, and culture.

This journey was made possible by a commitment to partnership. Both to our group colleagues andstudio, Neat and Particle, and to the ambitious change makers that we work with every day.

The role focuses on designing and building data workflows, scraping systems, and AI-enabled solutions that address real business needs.
You’ll work across industries with strategists, analysts and designers, connecting data, technology and decision-making.

Curiosity often begins in the simplest way - by trying, testing, and playing.

As VILNIUS TECH marks its 70th anniversary, this thinking shaped the new admissions campaign, Games & Inventions. Together with the university, we developed a campaign that reflects a broader shift towards a TECH CULTURE, where technological thinking is applied through experimentation, modelling, and iteration.

Inside VILNIUS TECH, this approach is already part of everyday practice. Students analyse, test, and rebuild ideas until they become something tangible, while even the most ordinary situations can evolve into structured thinking and, eventually, invention.

Instead of building a narrative from the outside, we built this campaign from within. We traded professional actors for the VILNIUS TECH community and turned real student projects into the message itself - when curiosity is structured, play naturally evolves into invention.

Congrats to VILNIUS TECH on turning 70 years young - we are pleased to celebrate it together with this new campaign!

„Gyvename laikais, kai visi siekia turto. Net valdžia mūsų „nukrito“ dėl tokio siekio“, – sako kampanijos kūrėjas Gediminas Užkuraitis. Anot jo, šia kampanija norima žmones paskatinti susimąstyti apie savo santykį su turtu ir pradėti rūpintis bendru turtu, kurį galime išsaugoti, – mišku.

Ar kampanija sulaukė NT brokerių pasipiktinimo? Kol kas ne, atsako „Synthesis Consulting Group“ vadovas Užkuraitis. „Bet jei esate brokeris ir tikite, kad galite gerai parduoti, kviečiame jungtis prie akcijos“, – sako jis ir priduria, kad brokeriu bent minutę pasijusti širdyje gali kiekvienas.

Iki rugpjūčio pabaigos vyksiančios iniciatyvos metu siekiama surinkti 200 tūkst. eurų siekiančią paramą, kuri bus skirta išpirkti ir ateities kartoms išsaugoti apie 20 hektarų biologiškai vertingų miškų plotą.

Daugiau apie šmaikščius, neįprastus ir klišių vengiančius būdus kalbėti aplinkosaugos temomis – „Ryto allegro“ laidoje su Mariumi Eidukoniu.

"Senamiškio Rezidencijos" - tai ne šiaip NT projektas. Čia vietoj plytų - šaknys, o vietoj plėtros - ramybė.

Synthesis Consulting Group jungiasi prie Sengirė / The Ancient Woods fondo inicijuojant naują socialinę kampaniją "Neįkertamas turtas." Visą rugpjūčio mėnesį, bus siekiama surinkti 200 000€ paramą, kuria bus skirta išpirkti ir ateities kartoms išsaugoti apie 20 hektarų ateities sengirės. Kiekvienas kvadratinis metras, kurį apsaugosime, taps neįkertamu turtu - erdve, kurioje gamta vystosi pati, be žmogaus įsikišimo.

Prie keliamų tikslų įgyvendinimo prisideda kampanijos mecentas Artea bankas, o kampanijos metu fondui savanoriškai padeda "Senamiškio rezidencijų" "brokeriai". Šalia Sengirės fondo narių jungiasi ambasadorių komanda, kurią sudaro žymūs visuomenininkai kaip Tomas Narkevičius-Free Finga, Marius Čepulis (Čepulio fotoklajonės), Kamilė Gudmonaitė, Goda Raibytė-Aleksa, Rugilė Matusevičiūtė, ir kiti.

Kampaniją realizuoti padeda visos Synthesis Consulting Group ekosistemai priklausančios įmonės: Synthesis CG inicijavo ir įgyvendino koncepciją, Neat Digital sukūrė internetinę svetainę, už projekto dizainą atsakinga -studio, o komunikacijos sklaidą įgyvendino Particle Agency.

The north-west Lithuanian town of Plungė was ready to dive into a rebrand that would move it from a standstill to communicating the distinct characteristics of its Samogitian heritage to the world beyond. Samogitians are known for their stubbornness, persistence, and autonomy – values that have shaped everything the region can be proud of. The community aimed to establish a unifying brand that reaffirmed local identity while appealing to bold tourists and proactive investors.

The strategic approach, guided by Synthesis Consulting Group, was rooted in authentic local insight and the flowing nature of the town itself. A survey of 1,049 residents revealed deep pride in the city's determination and resilience. Rather than reinventing Plungė's image, the positioning celebrated these strong points, targeting proactive, courageous individuals ready to take a dive into what the town has to offer.

The new visual identity by And-studio brings this strategy to life through the flowing connection of the "u" and "n" in the logo, creating a river-like form that runs through the town's name just as the actual river runs through Plungė. Woodcut illustrations inspired by traditional Samogitian art create a distinctive aesthetic that honors local culture. This colorful, attention-grabbing identity represents Plungė's unwavering spirit and its invitation to those who share its values.

Congrats to Plungės rajono savivaldybė on this bold new beginning - and thanks to the courageous divers of Synthesis Consulting Group and And-studio who set the current in motion 🏊‍♂️
