„Mes negalime vienas be kito“ – LNDT sezono žinutė, kurią norėjome apgyvendinti ir pačiame teatre.

Ten, kur vienas tampa prasmingas tik šalia kito – susikirtimuose, kampuose, prasilenkimuose, erdviniuose dialoguose.

Kai augalai nusilpsta, stipriname jų dirvožemį.
Su plaukais - tas pats.

Ši įžvalga tapo pagrindu plaukų priežiūros prekės ženklui „Dear Roots“, kurio produktai plaukų problemas sprendžia iš esmės - ten, kur jie prasideda.

Ant pakuočių – laiškai plaukams ir jų šaknims, kuriuose spausdinimo mašinėle išrašyti kalbos ženklai iliustruoja kiekvieno produkto funkciją.

Prekės ženklo strategija, pavadinimas, identitetas, pakuotės - RŪT. Ačiū klientui ir visiems, kurie per šį ilgą laiką prisidėjo 🌻

„Mes negalime vieni be kitų“ - šiandien taria Lietuvos nacionalinis dramos teatras pristatydami 86-ąjį sezoną ir mūsų kurtos kampanijos pradžią.

Įpratę ieškoti konflikto, šįkart ieškome būdų jame susitikti.

Įpratę pildyti baltą erdvę, šįkart atsisakėme visko, kad liktume prie esmės - žodžių, todėl šiemet scena užleidžiama tipografijai, tyrinėjant, kaip parašyti, kad stipriausiai pasakytume.

Džiaugiamės, kad prie paieškų prisijungė ir geriausias žodžių užrašytojas Mykolas Saulytis.

Na o šiandien kviečiame susiglausti. Nes negalime vieni be kitų.

At RŪT design bureau, we build brands on ideas, not just looks. From big names to small gems, our work is rooted in conceptual thinking, craft, and curiosity.
We need you - if that’s yours too.

➡️ Your role:
Shape brands from concept to rollout.

➡️ You bring:
– 4+ years in branding/design
– Strong conceptual & identity skills
– Eye for detail, craft, clarity
– Portfolio with at least 5 branding projects
– Adobe CC + Figma (motion is a plus)

➡️ We offer:
– Salary from €3200 gross (depending on experience)
– Up to 3 months remote per year
– Learning budget
– Space for self-initiated projects

A whole new chapter for Lithuania’s most sinful dessert 🐍

Šimtalapis – the once-a-year, wedding-only, aunt-approved pastry is back. Not as a throwback, but as a sticky little rebellion in a world obsessed with clean living.

Just like the dessert, the new visual identity is rich, festive, and unapologetically delicious.
