Last Friday, our team came together for a Christmas meet-up to reflect on the year, connect beyond our day-to-day work, and align on what’s ahead. 🌟

We began with a hosted interactive team quiz by Draugams.lt, combining knowledge-based questions with creative and problem-solving challenges - from history and music to hands-on physics tasks and collaborative building exercises. Team “Sudėtingi” (The Hard Ones 😉) took first place - congratulations to the winners.

The day continued with shared lunchtime and a White Elephant gift exchange, full of laughs, surprises, and a few very strategic steals. 😎

In the evening, we gathered for dinner to welcome the New Year, discuss our goals and vision for the coming season, and recognise team members celebrating their one-year anniversary with us.

Moments like these highlight the importance of teamwork, shared values, and investing in our people. Grateful for the year behind us and excited for what’s next.

This year’s OEB Conference stood out in the best possible way.

Participants came truly looking for solutions - bringing their questions, challenges, and sparking meaningful conversations from South Africa to Finland, the USA, and Canada. 🌐

We also had the chance to connect with our partners, including ReadSpeaker, and join the Moodle Partners’ dinner for great discussions and knowledge sharing. 🫱🏼‍🫲🏼

We’ve already agreed: Vextur will be back next year.
