We are happy to announce that our returning client, Querro Capital based in Geneva, Switzerland, successfully completed another acquisition of a data-center operator in the Baltic States. Strategy Labs supported the client by providing commercial due diligence services and coordinating provision of technical due diligence of the acquisition target.

The focus of commercial due diligence was to examine competitive position of the target in the market and evaluate sustainability of income. Strategy Labs analysed market data and information provided in the data-room, conveyed interviews with industry experts, and provided insights into various mid-term and long-term development scenarios.

Quaero European Infrastructure Fund II (QEIF II) of the Swiss investment company Quaero Capital has acquired Digitalas Ekonomikas Attistibas Centrs (Digital Economy Development Center; DEAC) data center from its Latvian owners, DEAC's chief marketing project manager Marija Bergere informed LETA.

For the last several months our team members Saulius Damulevičius and Karolis Švežauskas have been working with „Bolds Property Partners“, „Ober Haus“, „A Keturi Architektai“ and „Statinių priežiūra“ on a real estate optimisation study for the Lithuanian national broadcaster LRT.
