OUR PURPOSE and OBJECTIVES
Mission: To create a supportive and developmental environment in a variety of fields, from work to family and personal, which is comfortable for everyone and stimulates empathy, self-awareness, conscious leadership, and cooperation. Develop and organize a Comprehensive Training Program:
Our comprehensive training program includes both classical and developmental coac
hing approaches. The program is designed to teach coaching skills and techniques, as well as to develop classical coaching approaches (based on the classical definitions of W. Leonard) and a deep understanding of integral values and developmental approaches. The training also provides opportunities for ongoing professional development and growth, as well as practical business and marketing skills to help coaches build successful coaching practices. Establish a certification process:
To ensure quality and consistency, the association establishes a certification process that recognizes coaches who have completed the training program and demonstrated a level of proficiency in coaching skills and principles, values. The certification is internationally recognized and provides coaches with a competitive advantage in the marketplace. Develop additional training programs:
Trainings for businesses and organizations for soft-skills development: These trainings provide coaching and training services to businesses, organizations, government, education, and professionals in management to enhance their soft skills, such as communication, sales, leadership, management, and emotional intelligence. These trainings help organizations foster a culture of trust, empathy, high-performance, and effective leadership. Trainings for developing Conscious Values based on Personal Development, including Support for Communities in Post-Conflict and Post-Pandemic Times and adaptation of a person to the post-industrial world:
These trainings provide coaching and training services to individuals, organizations, and communities to develop conscious values such as tolerance, compassion, self-awareness, and personal development. These trainings help create a more inclusive, compassionate, and conscious world, where individuals are empowered to think independently, better understand themselves, their mission, and their priorities. The concept of ICU, "I see you", which is equivalent to "I respect you" and "I accept you", will be at the core of these trainings, to promote a culture of respect, acceptance, and inclusion. In addition, these trainings provide support for communities and individuals in post-conflict and post-pandemic times, helping them to heal and rebuild. The training provides practical tools and techniques to help individuals and communities develop resilience, self-awareness, and empathy and work towards a more peaceful and compassionate future. The certification process includes recognition for coaches who have completed these additional trainings and have demonstrated proficiency in the relevant coaching skills and principles. These additional trainings complement the comprehensive training program and provide opportunities for coaches to specialize in specific areas of coaching, and to provide more targeted coaching services to individuals, organizations, and communities.
