🔥 We are happy to celebrate Marion's first year as part of our team; thank you for your work and your daily involvement!

Marion Malchair is not only a change management consultant, she is also an expert in conflict resolution and cooperation. At MindForest, she is involved in strategic and change management projects, with a particular interest in sustainable change using methods such as . Employees around the world report that major organisational changes in their companies usually affect their work. Whether it is a governance change, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory and legal frameworks developments... there seems to be a perpetual instability within the workplace.

However, when the employees do not understand the reason(s) for these changes, it can be a barrier to adhesion and commitment.

As said above, organisational transformation can occur for many reasons, but whatever it is, change is almost always perceived and experienced as a painful event by employees. Therefore, before announcing any change within the company, it is imperative to put yourself in your collaborators' shoes 💪
