We're looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our ATOZ Services Funds Corporate Secretarial team, acting as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients operating in the Luxembourg fund environment.

Responsible for ensuring a high-quality, responsive and coordinated service delivery across all internal departments involved in the client relationship, we’re looking for someone reliable, committed and client-oriented, ready to take full ownership of our client relationships.

What you'll do:
A balanced mix of corporate secretarial and governance support and service delivery coordination

Who we're looking for:
🔹 Strong Luxembourg fund administration and corporate governance expertise – solid knowledge of the Luxembourg corporate, fund, regulatory, and AML/KYC environment, with hands-on experience preparing and managing corporate secretarial documentation
🔹 Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills, able to manage client relationships, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and effectively review, challenge, and follow up on information to ensure smooth service delivery
🔹 Organised, analytical, and client-focused professional – capable of taking ownership, prioritising multiple tasks, solving problems proactively, and consistently delivering high-quality service in a Luxembourg fund administration environment
🔹 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in Luxembourg fund administration environment

🌍 We are pleased to share that we are now trained in the ACT Accelerate Climate Transition - ADEME Pas-à-Pas methodology to support companies in building and implementing ambitious decarbonisation strategies.

ACT (Assessing low-Carbon Transition) is an initiative launched in 2015 following the Paris Agreement by ADEME, CDP and the World Benchmarking Alliance (WBA).
