Šodien dodos uz Varšavu, lai piedalītos workshop kopā ar starptautisko uzņēmumu SMAR Global
Pirms gada, pateicoties Ilze Palmbaha, iepazinos ar Masha Lemiaza. Toreiz vēl nezināju, cik būtiska šī iepazīšanās būs manai profesionālajai izaugsmei.
Maryia ir ne tikai augsta līmeņa grāmatvedības un nodokļu eksperte, bet arī mentore, kura spēj iedvesmot domāt citādi. Viņa neiedod gatavas atbildes – viņa palīdz ieraudzīt lielākas iespējas, noticēt sev un uzdrošināties darīt vairāk.
Bieži domājam, ka visu varam paveikt paši. Taču es arvien vairāk pārliecinos, ka izaugsme notiek daudz straujāk, ja tev blakus ir cilvēki, kuri redz tavu potenciālu pat tad, kad tu pats vēl šaubies.
Esmu pateicīga par šo iespēju un ar lielu interesi gaidu nākamās divas dienas – jaunas zināšanas, vērtīgas diskusijas un idejas, kuras varēšu izmantot, attīstot Grāmatvedības birojs SIA "LP Consulting'' gan Latvijā, gan Apvienotajos Arābu Emirātos. Tas ir mans nākamais lielais mērķis, un es ticu, ka katra šāda tikšanās ir vēl viens solis tuvāk tā sasniegšanai.
Jo investīcija sevī vienmēr ir visvērtīgākā investīcija.

Today I’m heading to Warsaw to participate in a workshop with the international company SMAR global.
A year ago, thanks to Ilze Palmbaha, I had the opportunity to meet Maryia Lemiaza. At the time, I had no idea how significant that meeting would become for my professional growth.
Maryia is not only a top-level accounting and tax expert, but also a mentor who inspires people to think differently. She doesn’t simply provide ready-made answers—she helps you see bigger opportunities, believe in yourself, and have the courage to achieve more.
We often believe we can do everything on our own. But I’ve come to realize that growth happens much faster when you surround yourself with people who see your potential, even before you fully see it yourself.
I’m truly grateful for this opportunity and excited for the next two days—filled with new knowledge, meaningful discussions, and ideas that will help me continue developing LP Consulting in both Latvia and the United Arab Emirates. This is my next major goal, and I believe that every opportunity like this brings me one step closer to achieving it.
Investing in yourself will always be the most valuable investment you can make.
