In a recent meeting, Ulli Engel — one of our trusted distributors in the DACH region — shared a piece of client feedback that stood out:
“Operators often say, ‘There’s a problem with telemetry.’ But in most cases, telemetry isn’t the issue — it’s simply the system highlighting that something else is wrong.”
And he’s absolutely right.
Telemetry doesn’t cause problems — it identifies them. Whether a machine is offline, out of stock, or not responding, telemetry is there to detect the issue and report it in real time. That’s its role: to provide visibility and clarity.
For teams used to working reactively, this level of transparency can be a significant shift. It may feel like an increase in “problems” — but in reality, it’s the surfacing of previously unseen issues.
Connectivity by telemetry equips you with timely insights so you can respond quickly, reduce downtime, and avoid lost sales.
