POLAND WORK PERMIT

To begin with it is necessary to send me the complete set of
documents for each skilled candidate for selection - CV with a photo
and the detailed description of an operational experience and skills +
the copy of the passport (page with a photo and the adjusting data)
for skilled workers. After consideration, in case positive decision it
is necessary to send me following documents on each candidate:
1. Color photos on a light background.
2. Diplomas or certificates in a specialty translated into English
( for unskilled workers it is not required ) or/ and characteristics
(one or two) from last places of work on corresponding specialty from
the employer (references, experience letter/s) in English.

For unskilled worker it is enough to send us by E-mail:

1. Copy of passport.
2. Color photo on a light background.
3. CV

At once I want to tell you, that the rate of the Polish zloty has
fallen during the last half year from 4 to 4,45 - 4,60 PLN for EURO
and from 3 to 3,4 - 3,5 for $. But we pay accordingly the same salary
for unskilled workers - 3,13 $. For building workers is the same
situation.
Let us begin with group of unskilled workers or with group of
skilled plasterers-masons (better with gulf countries experience to
machine plaster), steel fixers, carpenters or tillers. I am ready to
take now from you unskilled workers - to construction areas, to field
mushrooms factories, to refrigerating plants for packing frozen
products. Also skilled - steel fixers, plasterers-masons to machine
plaster (multiply 5, because on one machine work 5 plasterers at us -
it means 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 etc.), carpenters and tillers.

Plasterers and other skilled building workers will receive 18 PLN
(6 $). It is a minimum. Generally, we still function not only as
outsourcing holding, but as the building holding and we have building
contracts. If you give to me good plasterers-masons (machine plaster),
I can pay them - 5 - 6 PLN for square meter (m2). Normal plasterer
does at us in Poland nearby 4 - 5 m2 / hour. It means, that at such
price-work payment they can receive 20 - 25 PLN or nearby 6 - 8 $ /
hour.
For each unskilled worker it is necessary to send us by E-mail:

1. Copy of passport.
2. Color photo.
3. CV ( our form, that was in attachment in one of previous
letters, filled in Word (it is not necessary to scan; please, only
fill in Word and send, because when somebody scan and fill with pen it
is not good visible and readable).

For each plasterer-mason (steel fixer, carpenter and tiller) it is
necessary to send by E-mail:

1. Copy of passport
2. Color photo.
3. Experience letter or/and diplomas or certificates in specialty.
4. CV (our form, that was in attachment in one of previous letters,
filled in Word (it is not necessary to scan; please, only fill in Word
and send, because when somebody scan and fill with pen it is not good
visible and readable).

Usual the workers by us have 250 - 300 working hours (some workers
have even more) in month and unskilled workers earn in the month - 800
- 850 and up to 900 1000 $; skilled construction workers - about 1500
- 1800 $.

2) 2nd payment= 2500 euro
3) 3rd payment = 2000 euro.

GERMANY WORK PERMIT

We take the workers to the meat industrial complexes for packing
of meat half-finished products and finished products and other helpers
work. We pay now 6 EURO (net) per hour (about 7,5 - 8,0 $). We get
German Work Permits and Permissions for Residing for them and then the
workers or agent submit in the consular department of German embassy,
and the workers get working visas. The process of WP's and PR’s getting
take at us now 6 - 7 weeks from the moment of all necessary documents
and remittance for them reception.
We need from each unskilled to Germany:

1. Notarially certified passport copy.
2. Color photo.
3. CV.
4. Experience letter/s from one or two last working places.

Unskilled workers should not have experience, but for their
registration to Germany to us are necessary Experience letters. In
them should be simply written, that the given candidate during the
period of time from… till…, worked well in the company name………, as
unskilled worker and performed the following work……. (on work of a
similar profile) and has proved in the best way. Better if it will be
written, that the worker worked on packing, loading-unloading or as
helper worker for this case.

Now we take unskilled workers to construction areas to Estonia to
Tallinn and suburbs as well as skilled building workers. We take the
skilled building workers as steel fixers, plasterers-masons,
carpenters, tillers, painters, specialists for siding (isolation)
works and also the groups of unskilled building workers. The salaries
for skilled workers are - 7,0 - 8,0 - 9,0 EURO / hour (depends from
qualification and speed of work) for skilled and 5,0 EURO / hour for
unskilled. Also we take now unskilled workers to the meat industrial
complex for packing and other helper workers. The salary is 5 EURO
/hour (net). Accommodation is free.

first it is necessary for each candidate
only to scan and to send by E-mail:

1. Certified by notary passport copy.
2. Passport size color photo.
3. Our CV-form filled in Word (is in attachment).
4. Certified by notary experience letter/s from one or two last working places.

payment= 1) 1st payment 2000 euro
2) 2nd payment 3000 euro
3)3rd payment 2500 euro

processing time 45 to 60 days.
