The Netherlands-Latvian Chamber of Commerce (NLCC) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization, established to centralize, support and develop the net-working between Latvia and the Netherlands as well as to provide a platform for exchange of views and experiences between Dutch and Latvian companies. NLCC unites enterprises and individuals in Latvia and the Netherlands with economic, professional or national ties to another county as well is welcoming newcomers, who'd be interested , to join our network. Through regular social, both formal and informal events NLCC offers its members the possibility to establish and enlarge the network between Dutch and Latvian business entities active in various fields. Socializing, keeping up to date with the latest business developments within Latvia, making possible opportunities to meet with representatives of local government through conferences/seminars and other events, are one of the many goals of the Chamber. Another ambition of the Chamber is to link up with other Chambers established in Latvia, as well as to maintain present representation in the Foreign Investors Council in Latvia (FICIL). By doing so NLCC aims widening the network for its members as well as to encourage possibility for solutions to potential Dutch investment hardships with local governance. NLCC works closely together with Investment and Development Agency of Latvia and the Royal Netherlands Embassy in Latvia; thanks to strong cooperation with the Embassy, several projects have been run during past years in order to raise awareness amongst entrepreneurs and society in Latvia of the Netherlands as a developed country in various sectors. It is possible, that Dutch are the most natural source for future business partners that Latvians need! As much as possible NLCC is also acting as catalyst for entrepreneurs willing to invest or trade with an opposite country.
