for all, and membership has to be the base. To retain quality we need
know each other more, and communicate changes - the latter very needed to have information about, so the LiST
Management attempts to match its participants in advance to events - for better success when we all meet! Du
ring the Covid pandemic it has been seen even more how important it is to think forward, adapt to change to allow facilitating our events to secure opportunity and to keep going, regardless! Operating through a series of 8-11 matched networking events (if not more) per year, where companies ideally are
matched according to their communicated agendas, we hereby have a good chance to put businesses
with their decision-takers together under one roof! It also leads to spin-offs as there is "word-of-mouth",
and thus it is important to never assume - but ask. Agendas change constantly! Key note speakers are invited where possible! Additionally, job seeker candidates may meet future employers / business contacts for suitable career moves
long before the market gets word. Getting this on board happens
via an individualised membership program in various steps. These above aims, are carried out via each category speaking and presenting themselves at our events,
adapted in size to fit different needs. Some events are organised by PRIME Recruitment, others by the Client some could be organised by YOU!!
-Subject to agreement on what's & how's, of course! Spontane visit to an event, last minute - call Henrik Mjoman - payments of course have to be organised as we agree. Space may be limited but with a known agenda and in time,
your visit may well pay off! Naturally, non-members are welcome to connect with us to participate, to speak, to advertise but first we need meet
so we know your agenda so we also can inform members and thus help to attract! We are interested in most type of business, however not multi-level nor competing recruitment agencies or companies with a similar agenda. If in doubt - drop us a line!
