Since the best flavours come from ripe fruit, we primarily source fruits and berries firstly from Latvia, and then from the Baltic region of Northern Europe. ve recipes from rice milk, soya milk and probiotic ingredients, and cater for those with an intolerance for sugar. With training from the Masters in Italy on gelato manufacture, and an understanding of ice crystals and pores that give a good texture, we create top-quality gelato. New gelato flavours, Latvian flavours, and customary gelato flavours are combined with add-ins and sauces to provide complementary flavours in your gelato.
