1- MaSTER, (Managed Services, Training, & Enterprise Risk)
2- Oracle Stack, Applications solutions, Infrastructure, and Services (AsIS) . Tebyana should establish a strong base in Libya for MaST
ER and Oracle. The plan to achieve this is
elaborated in the following slides. MaSTER is a dedicated service entity that offers both; professional IT Managed Services, Risk
Consulting, and also specialized IT Training. MaSTER shall be owned and operated under Tebyana
company with an assigned full time business development manager. MaSTER is planning to develop the vision of Corporate Learning, along with Technology Transfer
best practices to deliver all of its services to optimize value delivery with strong tangible benefits to
its customers. Oracle stack includes:
1- Oracle Enterprise Solution & Applications (ERP, ECM, BI, etc)
2- Oracle Infrastructure Suite (Hardware)
3- Oracle Technology (DB, Engineered solutions, Licensing)
4- Oracle consulting, Health-check and PM
5- Oracle Cloud Services (Oracle and others such as iCloud, and more)
6- Oracle annual service support (through MaSTER)
We need to work with Oracle to obtain the FDP status to Tebyana and satisfy the requirement to secure the status ASAP. We got now confirmation on
Pre-approval, but we need to complete the process.
