United Bank for Commerce and Investment is undertaking a program of completely refurbishment of its Premises, starting by its Head Offices and one Branch in Alwahat Center, Tripoli. This program aims to give better and more efficient operational conditions and a modern and dynamic image to the Bank Premises.
The Bank Head Offices are located in Jamhuria Street in the center of the city, in a building with 5 floors - a basement floor, a ground floor and three upper floors, each of them with an area of about 560 sqm - total building area around 2 800 sqm.
The Branch is located in Alwaha Center in Gargaresh Street and has a total area of about 370 sqm.
Consulgal Libya is undertaking Design services, jointly with International well known Architects FAT - Future Architect Thinking as well as Construction Management and Construction Supervision services.
