PROFESSIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

– Have an advanced level understanding of the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ensure that the plants are managed to these standards

– Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the HSE management system
– Risk Analysis: Work at Height / Hot Work / Chemicals / Electrical Hazards / Confined Spaces / Risks of Lifting and Handling …
– Inspection capabilities of heavy equipment
– The assessment of regulatory compliance
– Provide HSE training, Fire Fighting , First aids (SST), Work at Height / Hot Work, environment to employees
– Excellent knowledge of English and excellent report writing:
Work Permit / Prevention plan / Near Misse / /Incident Accident Reports/Action Plan and follow up of the actions .
– Good level concerning wastes management
