Sous la responsabilité directe de l’Associé gérant de LixCap, vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

•Alimentation et Gestion d’une base de données en se basant sur les ressources disponibles (cartes visites et contacts LinkedIn de l’Associé Gérant).
•Rafraîchir cette base de données en mettant à jour les différentes fonctions des personnes sur la liste par l’utilisation du réseau social LinkedIn et d’autres réseaux selon le besoin.
•Identification, prise de contact, et développement d’une nouvelle base de données de consultants opérant sur les marchés et secteurs d’intérêt de LixCap et qui seraient intéressés par des collaborations futures.
•Identification, prise de contact, et développement d’une nouvelle base de données de consultants opérant sur les marchés et secteurs d’intérêt de LixCap et qui seraient intéressés par des collaborations futures.
•Saisie des fiches et cartes visites dans notre service de stockage et de partage « Dropbox » afin de les importer par la suite dans Outlook & le CRM de LixCap.
•Gestion et organisation des documents et dossiers financiers de l’Associé gérant (format numérique et papiers).
•Utilisation de Google Business Suite, pour créer un point de référence rapide et centralisé, qui sera alimenter par des informations utiles sur nos ressources humaines (Nom, prénom, e-mail, Skype, Numéro de téléphone, etc.).
•Exploiter d'autres fonctionnalités de Google Business Suite afin d'avoir un meilleur tableau de bord pour l’entreprise.

Compétences requises:
•Étudiants et nouveaux diplômés uniquement actuellement à la recherche d’un stage.
•De formation Bac+2, 3 ou 5 (Université, Formation en marketing et communication/commerce).
•Vous possédez de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et vous avez un bon niveau de communication (Anglais et en Français).

(Livelihood, Agriculture and Private-sector Development)

Improving Socio-Economic Development in Beni Mella-Khenifra (BMK)

About the Program
The Inclusive Socio-Economic Development (ISED) program implemented by FHI 360 and partners Financial Services Volunteer Corps (FSVC), Lixia Capsia Gestionis (LixCap), AIDECA, and Mississippi State University (MSU) will improve governance for increased regional growth and enhance livelihoods and business opportunities, with an emphasis on inclusion of vulnerable citizens integrated into all activities. In coordination with implementing partners, FSVC and LixCap will be responsible for enhancing livelihoods and business activity through innovation, with a focus on improving the competiveness of agriculture and agribusiness operators and improving their participation in domestic and international agricultural value chains.

Position Description
The incumbent will be hired by LixCap (Lixcap.com), a consultancy and investment facilitation firm. The incumbent is expected to work full time from ISED office in the city Beni Mellal, with frequent travel anticipated within the provinces of Beni Mellal, Azilal, Fquih Ben Salah, Khénifra and Khouribga.

Under leadership of ISED’s Chief of Party, the incumbent will support the Livelihood Specialist in designing and implementing activities aimed at promoting private sector development and boosting economic growth including entrepreneurship, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and cooperatives and in particular those operating in the agriculture and agribusiness sectors. Tasks include:
•Helping to coordinate project activity related to counterpart needs assessment, activity definition, preparation, implementation, reporting, communication and closeout.
•Helping to develop a network of contacts with private sector / economic growth stakeholders in the region of Beni Mella-Khenifra ( SMEs/Cooperatives, business support organizations, Centre Regional d’Investissement, Agropole).
•Supporting livelihood team in managing multiple field aspects of Technical. Assistance delivery by experts, including project activity design, research, logistical arrangements, implementation, post-project follow-up, monitoring, evaluation and reporting.

Required Experience
•Academic degree/professional training in Economics, Finance, Trade, entrepreneurship development or equivalent with 3 years of experience.
•At least 2 years of previous relevant experience preferred. Candidates with no prior experience but strong credentials and relevant internships (“stages”) will also be considered.
•Ability to deliver effective presentations and to write high quality technical reports.
•Excellent ability to engage, collaborate and coordinate activities with partners and colleagues.
•Excellent understanding of the national and regional economic context in the BMK region.
•Understanding of agriculture and agricultural value chains is a plus.

Preferred qualifications
•Desired qualifications include a M.Sc. degree in Business, Economics, Trade, Agricultural Economics, Finance or another relevant field.
•The candidates also are expected to be professionally fluent in French and Arabic, with strong writing skills in English.

This position will help the Finance and Investment Director to manage the various financial models required for the implementation of projects as well as to make financial projections and forecasts for future investments.

Job description

•Solid knowledge in financial modeling and excellent financial research and analytical skills;
•A good understanding of accounting concepts (both US GAAP and Moroccan accounting) and the mechanics of financial statements;
•Strong desire to work and learn modeling of financial and operational aspects of related projects;

LixCap is seeking a full-time US Business Development Analyst to help grow our portfolio of projects funded by donors, governments and private entities. This role will coordinate LixCap’s business development activities, work with staff to identify and follow up on potential opportunities, coordinate proposal inputs, and draft/write proposal responses. The successful candidate will have an understanding of issues and technical areas covered in the development sector, excellent writing skills, and experience responding to donor-funded solicitations. The position will be based in the Washington, DC area but will require regular coordinating with our office in Morocco.

Responsibilities

•Identify new project opportunities and support the growth of the business pipeline from among a range of funding sources;
•Conduct all coordination and outreach tasks related to potential partner firm and funding source outreach, including managing a contact database, scheduling meetings, following up on specific opportunities;
•Lead recruiting for specific opportunities;
•Support the drafting and review of proposal documents;
•Ensure adherence to proposal and regulatory guidelines for all submissions;

Missions and Responsibilities
In coordination with the founding partners and Managing Directors, the Business Development Director will:

•Lead, manage, and expand business development, with view towards confirming and supporting significant growth. Expand and build activities and staff working on those activities (e.g. opportunity
identification and qualification, bids and proposals, strategic relationships, and strategic partnerships).
•Oversee the completion of all proposal components, including primary writing, leading the collaboration with the proposal team.
•Lead and develop strategic business relationships worldwide.
•Ensure timeliness and the compliance of technical and cost proposals by managing proposal outlines, calendars, compliance checklists, trackers, etc.
