Riad Abracadabra is located inside the old walls that surround Marrakech's Medina, where the charm of the past prevails in every detail, and is only a five minute walk from the burning Jemaa el Fna square. The Catalans, Inés and Bruno, are cousins and associates in this adventure, and bought this classic Riad, which was a former small mansion palace called Derkaoui that used to belong to an aristo

cratic Moroccan family. After two years of restoration and using autochthonous materials such as the tadelakt (polished handcrafted cement), the zellij of Fez or the bejmat (baked clay) they opened Riad Abracadabra to the public in June 2009.
