4-Day Tour Program from Marrakech
Day 1: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley
Departure from Marrakech through the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka pass. Stop at the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Continue to Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Morocco,” then drive to the Dades Valley. Dinner and overnight in a hotel or riad.
Day 2: Dades Valley – Todra Gorge – Merzouga Desert
After breakfast, visit the Todra Gorge, famous for its impressive canyon walls. Continue towards Merzouga, passing through desert landscapes and Berber villages. In the afternoon, enjoy a camel trek into the Sahara Desert to watch the sunset. Dinner and overnight in a desert camp under the stars.
Day 3: Merzouga – Desert Activities – Merzouga
After sunrise in the desert, enjoy breakfast at the camp. Spend the day exploring the area: 4x4 desert tour, visit nomad families, Gnawa music village, and oasis walks. Free time to relax or try sandboarding. Dinner and overnight at the camp or a hotel near the dunes.
Day 4: Merzouga – Draa Valley – Ouarzazate – Marrakech
Early departure back to Marrakech via Rissani, the Draa Valley with its palm groves, and Ouarzazate. Scenic stops along the way. Arrival in Marrakech in the evening.
