Today I had the amazing opportunity to meet Joachim in his lovely cafe . They are reservation-only and it’s for good reason. Joachim creates a coffee experience within his cafe to your liking. The menu is diverse with 88+ specialty coffees from around the world. Today, we tried some Ethiopian espresso and Ethiopian Geisha on V60.

Truly a wonderful experience AND I would recommend to anyone that takes an interest in specialty coffee. Even if you just take one drink - he will teach you so much during your journey!

We can finally get here in Morocco! Thank goodness because it really offers an exceptional latte. It foams like traditional milk without compromising the taste or integrity of the espresso shot.
