Компания Savills World Research сравнила цены на элитное жилье во всем мире. Княжество Монако оказалось на втором месте после Гонконга. Средняя стоимость квадратного метра на апартаменты класса люкс в Монако на данный момент - €90 900.

Начиная с 2010 года цены на недвижимость в Монако растут в среднем на 5,8% в год. Поэтому эта небольшая страна все также остается приоритетным направлением для состоятельных инвесторов со всего мира. 2015 год был удачным для Монако: объем инвестиций достиг отметки в €2,25 трлн.

На долю сделок с элитной недвижимостью в Монако приходится примерно 7% от общего рынка. Однако суммарная выручка по дорогостоящей недвижимости дает 20% от общей стоимости всех проданных объектов.

Специалисты Savills World Research также отмечают, что в связи с весьма ограниченными размерами самого государства рынок недвижимости в Монако сам по себе очень ограничен. За последние 10 лет в княжестве ежегодно продается не более 3% от всего жилищного фонда. Таким образом, если в среднем в Лондоне квартиры или дома меняют собственников каждые 20 лет, то в Монако перепродажа объекта происходит лишь через 37 лет.

Поскольку Гран-при Монако считается одним из самых ярких событий мирового уровня, элитные квартиры с двумя спальнями неподалеку от трассы Формулы-1 сейчас продаются по €8,5 млн. Если вся трасса, длина которой составляет 3 337 метров, была бы застроена такими жилыми помещениями, то общая стоимость объектов на ней достигла бы €3 трлн.
