I am excited to recommend a compelling new study published by Emerging Europe, titled the "IT Investment Guide with the Moldova Innovation Technology Park." This 2024 report delves deeply into the IT and Outsourcing Sector in Moldova, offering invaluable insights and data.

As the President of ABSL, representing the Contact Center and BPO sector in Moldova, and CEO of different companies offering these services, I am thrilled to share how the IT Park Law's benefits, traditionally reserved for the IT sector, have now been extended to include the Contact Center and BPO sectors. This expansion is a significant milestone and heralds a bright future for our industry in Moldova.

I am very proud and happy to have contributed to the drafting of this important document. I had the pleasure of answering questions from Andrew Wrobel, who led this study for MITP Moldova. It was an excellent opportunity to highlight the advances and innovations in our sector.
