As a scaling company, we strive to maintain the way of work and company culture, irrespective of being a company of 30 or 300 employees. Last year, The Big Search grew by almost 100%, and we keep moving forward!

Our beloved colleagues Liza Bognar, Lilla Lippai, and Anna Baker recently volunteered for a day at a dog shelter outside of Budapest - https://eszkulap.hu/

Alongside spending the day working with the dogs, they also gathered donations from our TBS colleagues to buy specialist dog food that the shelter needed. The dog shelter provides second chances to around 300 dogs throughout the year and runs entirely off donations and volunteering help.

Thank you to everyone who got involved! We are already excited for future updates on volunteering in Amsterdam, Berlin, London, and Skopje.

Meet Charlotte Dikmans, who joined The Big Search in Amsterdam earlier this year.

Charlotte is a core member of our consumer tech practice. She advises a broad spectrum of b2c businesses, from marketplaces and e-commerce companies to content-driven platforms in edtech, gaming and online media. Her extensive experience in consumer internet makes her a trusted advisor to founder-led and VC-backed companies on leadership, talent, and organisational structure.

Prior to joining TBS, Charlotte worked at Egon Zehnder where she specialised in executive search and was part of the digital segment’s leadership team as research lead for EMEA. She has worked with disruptors, as well as the disrupted, recruiting for senior and board-level roles, helping both scale-ups and corporate enterprises attract talent across borders and industries.
