Babuna Red 2023 прогласено за најдобро црвено вино од Македонија на International Wine Challenge 2026
Големо меѓународно признание за „Тиквеш“ и за македонското вино.
На престижниот International Wine Challenge (IWC) 2026 во Лондон, еден од најценетите светски вински натпревари со слепо оценување, Babuna Red 2023 го освои националното Trophy-признание во категоријата црвени вина - највисокото признание доделено за црвено вино од Македонија на годинешното издание.
Создадено од лозовите насади во тероарот на регионот Бабуна, од внимателно избран спој на сортите плавец, вранец и шираз, ова вино најпрво освои златен медал и високи 95 IWC поени, со што се вброи меѓу највисоко оценетите вина во својата категорија.
На IWC, само вината со златен медал продолжуваат во Trophy judging процесот, каде најдобрите со злато наградени вина повторно се оценуваат од претседавачите на натпреварот, меѓу кои годинава се Sam Caporn MW, Oz Clarke и Helen McGinn, со цел да се избере еден национален Trophy-победник во секоја категорија.
За Babuna Red 2023, ова признание е потврда за неговата моќ, елеганција и префинет карактер, но и за силата на македонскиот тероар, кој сè поубедливо го зазема своето место на светската винска сцена.

Babuna Red 2023 Declared the Best Red Wine from Macedonia at the International Wine Challenge 2026
A major international recognition for Tikveš and for Macedonian wine.
At the prestigious International Wine Challenge 2026 (IWC) held in London, one of the world’s most esteemed blind-tasting wine competitions, Babuna Red 2023 received the national Trophy award in the red wine category — the highest distinction awarded to a red wine from Macedonia at this year’s edition of the competition.
Produced from vineyards located in the terroir of the Babuna region and crafted from a carefully selected blend of the Plavec, Vranec and Syrah grape varieties, this wine first received a Gold Medal and an outstanding score of 95 IWC points, thereby ranking among the highest-rated wines in its category.
At the IWC, only wines awarded a Gold Medal proceed to the Trophy judging process, during which the finest gold medal-winning wines are re-evaluated by the competition chairpersons, including this year Sam Caporn MW, Oz Clarke and Helen McGinn, for the purpose of selecting one national Trophy winner in each category.
For Babuna Red 2023, this distinction represents a confirmation of its power, elegance and refined character, as well as of the strength of the Macedonian terroir, which is increasingly asserting its place on the global wine scene.
