Развој на бизнисот преку развој на човечките ресурси

Ве покануваме на втората Лидерска конференција во рамки на Прогресив Фондација, настан кој повторно ги обединува претприемачите, менаџерите и лидерите кои сакаат да градат посилни компании и поодржлив бизнис екосистем во Македонија.

Пред една година успешно ја реализиравме првата Прогресив Лидерска Конференција на тема „Пристап до финансии". Оваа година зборуваме за еднакво релевантна тема за секој бизнис: развојот, мотивацијата и задржувањето на вработените. Затоа што компаниите кои знаат да ги чуваат своите луѓе, знаат и да растат.

Поддржувач на конференцијата е Европската банка за обнова и развој (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), а Prime Advisory е имплементациски партнер.

📢 “Start Your Business Adventure in Makedonska Kamenica”

We are pleased to share that the public call for the Acceleration Program “Start Your Business Adventure in Makedonska Kamenica” resulted in 27 eligible applications, reflecting strong local interest in entrepreneurship and community development.

Our team was responsible for the origination and implementation of this initiative, which is designed to support the sustainable development of Makedonska Kamenica by promoting small business ideas in tourism, agriculture, and cross-cutting industries. The program includes mentoring, training, and access to finance, providing practical support to help participants prepare viable business plans and bring their ideas to life.

📍 Today, our team organized the Orientation Session with the selected applicants, officially launching the next phase of the program. We thank the program donors, SASA Mine and SASA Foundation, for their valuable support! We congratulate all selected participants and wish them success as they progress with the training, mentoring, and pitching phases.

We’ve reached an important milestone at STAX Academy in Serbia with the graduation ceremony of the 2024 certified trainees. Biljana Markovic Stamenova, as the Lead Consultant on the EBRD-supported project “Promoting Access to Skills and Employment in Machine Manufacturing for Serbian Youth,” presented the project’s accomplishments at the Certificate Giving Ceremony in Čačak alongside Matteo Colangeli (Regional Director, Western Balkans at EBRD) and Mladen Starcevic (President at STAX Technologies).

Our team has worked intensively to establish a solid foundation for the long-term sustainability and future growth of STAX Academy, including:
✅ Certification of the STAX Academy, two nationally recognized Level 3 VET profiles, and Andragogy Training;
✅ Development of training curricula, teaching materials, and exams, as well as admissions and enrollment procedures and student manuals;
✅ Launch of the first certified training programs and introduction of the dual education model;
✅ Comprehensive marketing and outreach campaign, including a Certificate Awarding Ceremony.
✅ Monitoring and evaluation system, etc.

This joint effort was made possible thanks to the dedication of the project implementation team, our program experts, and the entire STAX Academy and STAX Technologies team.

We are grateful to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for their support, and to everyone involved in building a model that connects vocational education with real industry needs.

📢 Certificate Award Ceremony for the 3rd Generation of Academy for Entrepreneurship and Management Participants! 🎓

We are proud to announce the successful completion of the 2023/2024 cohort! Congratulations to all participants who, after a 9-month journey focused on business, leadership, finance, and operations, have earned their well-deserved certificates.

The Academy, certified by the Ministry of Education, launched in 2021 and is now enrolling for its 4th cohort. “It wasn’t easy to maintain continuity and position the Academy as a leading regional training center. However, with the persistence and dedication of the team and the significant support from Makprogres, we’ve built a community of over 40 alumni. We’ve also introduced youth employability, dual education, and VET programs, supported by donors like the Regional Challenge Fund and USAID’s Youth Actively Create Opportunities,” said Biljana Markovic Stamenova, Academic Director of the Academy Entrepreneurship and Management and Managing Partner at PrimePoint Partners.

🎉 We are thrilled to announce the opening ceremony and the first academic class at the certified VET Vincinni Academy in Vinica! 🎓

Our team is proud to have been involved in every step of the journey in the past two years—from developing the training materials and training the instructors to national program certification and the enrollment process. Today, the first cohort began training in the first nationally certified program for confectionary producers. The goal of the Academy is to enhance the professional skills of young people, provide employment opportunities, and prevent brain drain.

At the opening ceremony, participants were introduced to the curriculum, which combines theoretical knowledge with practical skills, and toured the state-of-the-art lab where hands-on training will take place. 🍰

Congratulations to the enrolled students—we wish them a successful learning journey ahead! 👏
