This initiative reflects a clear strategic decision:
EA Brands will no longer operate only as a distributor. It will be developed as a structured, channel-based brand management platform.
Through our partnership with AMA Caffè, EA Brands is now organizing its operations across five core business lines:
AMA HoReCa
AMA Office
AMA Capsules Retail
AMA Fuel & Convenience
AMA Service & Equipment
Each channel will be supported with clearer responsibilities, dedicated commercial focus, operational procedures, customer service standards, and measurable performance indicators.
The restructuring will strengthen:
sales organization
route-to-market discipline
customer portfolio management
stock and inventory control
equipment and service management
reporting and accountability
producer and partner alignment
This is not simply an internal reorganization.
It is a step toward building a healthier, more scalable, and more professionally managed business.
