Myanmar possesses a singularly wide range of Buddhist architectural styles, a result of the eclectic nature of Burmese Theravada Buddhism, which incorporates elements from a range of sources.

The peace and connection I felt here was out of this world, just pure magic✨

Mount Popa is the headquarters of Myanmar’s most powerful Nats and four of these Buddhist spirits worshiped by the Burmese are considered to have their home here. Statues of 37 of the spirits stand at the base of the mountain and, in years gone by, Burmese Kings commencing reign had to consult with the spirits such is their importance in Myanmar heritage.

Get ready for the 777 steps to get to the top and watch up for the thousands of monkeys that adorn the passageways ( they are good at stealing 🤣🐒🐒)

UNESCO officially designated Myanmar’s ancient city of Bagan as a World Heritage site.
More than 3,500 ancient Buddhist pagodas, temples, and other religious structures occupy approximately 16 square miles of Old Bagan within the larger Bagan Archaeological Zone.
Most of the structures were built between 800 and 1,000 years ago, when Bagan was a royal capital.

This feels like straight out of a movie ✨ is Bagan on your bucket list already? 🔝

Imagine soaking in the world’s largest rooftop infinity pool and gazing down on the glittering expanse of the city from 57 levels above.

The Marina Bay Sands SkyPark appears to float like a ship across the top of the three towers of the hotel, and the pool literally spills over an astonishing 478-foot (146-meter) vanishing edge.

If you have the chance stay here for an unforgettable experience 🤩

This city of skyscrapers is also one that is filled with lush greenery. Nearly half of Singapore’s land area (approximately 700 square kilometres) is under green cover. Beyond numerous parks and gardens, there are pockets of undiscovered plant life housed in the most unusual of places.

The Tegalalang rice terrace is a long time icon of Bali scenery and culture, with its famous green rice fields and slopes in the jungle.

Sadly that also means the place is getting more and more crowded and it’s turned into a bit of a tourist trap, but it’s easy to see why it was partly listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site.

It’s still one of the most interesting rice paddies Bali has to offer, and if you come here in the right month, it’s one of the brightest shades of green you’ll ever see!

For over a thousand years, Balinese Hindu worshipers have been drawn to Pura Tirta Empul (Holy Water Temple), whose sacred springs are said to have been created by The God Indra and possess curative properties. This tradition still continues almost unchanged, and today, aside from worshipers, tourists from all over the world also come to this place to marvel at its beauty and bathe in its refreshing blessed water.

Unfortunately I do not have a pic of be in the water but it was an incredible experience ✨

Yes this is a lake !! Lak McKenzie is a ‘perched’ lake, which actually means that it only contains rainwater. Lake McKenzie is not fed by streams and doesn’t flow to the ocean, and the sand at its bottom prevents the rainwater from draining away. The same sand also acts as a natural water filter which is where it gets its clear blue colour from. The purity of the lake however means that not much life survives here. Interesting facts, right? The sand near Lake McKenzie is very fine, and amazingly soft to walk on 💕
Have you ever been in a lake this clear and blue? .
