🚨 ARE HIRING – HR MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to lead and strengthen our HR function in a large-scale manufacturing / factory environment.
If you have strong experience in factory HR operations, manpower management, Myanmar Labor Law, employee relations, payroll, and HR team leadership, we would like to hear from you.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and develop the existing HR team
• Plan manpower requirements according to production needs
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from workers to management level
• Supervise payroll, attendance, overtime, leave and allowances
• Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters
• Ensure compliance with Myanmar Labor Laws and statutory requirements
• Coordinate with Labor Offices, SSB and relevant government authorities
• Develop KPI and performance management systems
• Identify training needs and develop succession plans
• Improve HR policies, SOPs and HR systems
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly HR reports for Directors and MD
🔹 REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
• HR Diploma / Professional Certificate is preferred
• Master’s Degree is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience
• At least 2–3 years in a managerial / department head role
• Manufacturing / Factory experience is strongly preferred
• Experience managing a workforce of 500–1,000+ employees is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law, EC, SSB, PIT and overtime regulations
• Strong experience in factory discipline, employee relations and compliance
• Able to coordinate effectively with government offices and relevant authorities
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
⭐ PREFERRED PROFILE
Candidates with hands-on experience managing HR operations in a large-scale manufacturing environment with 1,000+ employees will be strongly preferred.
💵 Salary : 2,500,000 - 3,000,000 MMK
