2️⃣ 【历史赠品最终补领通道】
本通道适用于所有时期(无论通过旧号码或新号码申请)的客户。
基本上符合条件并已在我们的FB主页留下评价的客户,赠品我们已寄出。但由于审核与寄送均为人工操作,确实存在漏发或地址错误的情况。若您已满足条件却未收到赠品,请务必联系我们。
由于客户众多,加之更换号码导致旧号码的所有聊天记录已丧失,我们无法逐一联系客户。唯有通过官方FB主页统一通知,并在此开启最终补领通道,敬请谅解。
⚠️ 请注意:并非所有顾客都自动获得赠品资格,赠品的有无及种类取决于您当时所签订的配套以及具体沟通结果。
2️⃣ Final Gift Redemption Window
This applies to all customers, regardless of whether you registered under the old number or the new one.
Most eligible customers who left a review on our page have already received their complimentary gifts. However, as the verification and delivery process was handled manually, there were indeed cases of missed or incorrect deliveries.
👉 If you have met the requirements but have not received your gift, please contact us. Due to the large customer base and the loss of all past chat records linked to the old number, we are unable to verify individually. Therefore, this final redemption window is being announced here via our official page.
⚠️ Please note: Not all customers automatically qualify for a gift. Eligibility and gift type depend on the package you signed up for and what was discussed with you at the time.
补领规则 / Redemption Rules

· 补领条件 / Eligibility:

Eligibility: Limited to customers who have fully fulfilled the terms but have not received their gift. Terms vary by service provider:

· 对于其他所有运营商用户 (如Maxis, CelcomDigi, Time等): ① 已完成安装激活 且 ② 已撰写FB评价。
· For Unifi users: ① Paid the RM100 advance payment AND ② Left a FB review.
· For all other service providers (e.g., Maxis, CelcomDigi, Time): ① Completed installation and activation AND ② Left a FB review.

· 其他所有运营商用户: ✅ 任何可证明安装已完成的有效凭证(如:首张账单、运营商合同号、安装确认邮件、APP账户截图等) + ✅ FB评价截图

· All other service providers: ✅ Any valid proof of completed installation (e.g., first bill, service contract ID, installation confirmation email, account screenshot from provider's app) + ✅ Screenshot of FB review

· 赠品来源: 所有赠品均由我们以佣金购入,作为回馈客户的心意。
· 赠品资格: 并非所有顾客均有资格,资格与赠品种类取决于配套内容及当时沟通结果。
· 为何需要凭证: 凭证是确保赠品能送达真正完成了全部流程的支持者的必要条件。对于Unifi用户,唯有完成预付款,我们才能获得佣金;若款项被追回,我们将无法承担赠品成本。对于所有用户,此举旨在保障公平,防止滥用,恳请谅解。
📌 重要须知 Important Notice
1. 本活动仅限符合条件的顾客(已完成安装并完全履行条款)。
2. 礼品数量有限,先到先得,送完为止。
3. 所有礼品以实物为准,图片仅供参考。
4. 礼品不可兑换现金或更换其他物品。
免责说明:
1. 我们仅负责按条件发放赠品,如因快递延误、遗失或损坏等第三方原因导致的损失,本公司不承担责任。

· Gift Source: All gifts were purchased using our own commission, as a token of appreciation for your support.
· Gift Eligibility: Not every customer qualifies. Eligibility and gift type depend solely on the package you signed up for and the details discussed at that time.
· Why Proof is Required: Proof is required to ensure gifts are allocated to supporters who have fully completed the process. For Unifi users, we only receive commission after the advance payment is made; if clawed back, we cannot bear the cost. For all customers, this step is necessary to ensure fairness and prevent abuse. We kindly ask for your understanding.
· Rules: Gifts are limited and available while stocks last. We reserve the final right of interpretation for this campaign.
📌 Important Notice
1. This campaign is only applicable to customers who have fully met the requirements (installation completed and terms fulfilled).
2. Gifts are limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
3. The actual gift may differ slightly from the images shown.
4. Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced with other items.
