August -2026 တစ်လလုံးဟာ ကျနော်တို့ BTP Coffee Academy တွင် Private Coffee Event အတွက် Fully booked ဖြစ်နေလို့ မတက်ဖြစ်လိုက်ရတဲ့သူတွေအတွက် September-2026 တွင်ပြန်လည်ဆက်သွယ်စုံစမ်းနိုင်ပြီဖြစ်ပါတယ် ကော်ဖီအကြောင်းကိုစိတ်၀င်စားတဲ့သူတွေအားလုံးကို BTP Premier Training Venue တွင်လာရောက်လေ့လာဖို့ဖိတ်ခေါ်လိုက်ပါတယ် ။

During this session, our students had the opportunity to design and present their own beverage creations, showcasing their creativity, technical skills, and passion for coffee and mixology. It is always inspiring to witness their ideas come to life in every cup.

The aim of our training is to provide a strong foundation in coffee knowledge, brewing techniques, and beverage creation while encouraging creativity, professionalism, and passion within the coffee community.

ဘာကြောင့် ဒီ (၃) ခုလုံးကို သိထားဖို့ လိုတာလဲ?
Barista တစ်ယောက်ဟာ မိမိအသုံးပြုမယ့် ကော်ဖီစေ့ကို ဘယ်လိုပုံစံနဲ့ လှော်ခဲ့တယ် (Roasting) ဆိုတာကို အခြေခံသိထားမှသာ လက်တွေ့ဖျော်စပ်တဲ့နေရာမှာ မိမိရဲ့ “Barista Skills” ကို အသုံးချပြီး ကော်ဖီရဲ့အကောင်းဆုံး အနံ့နဲ့အရသာကို တိကျစွာ ဆွဲထုတ်နိုင်မှာပါ ထိုနောက် ကိုယ်ဖျော်လိုက်တဲ့ ကော်ဖီတစ်ခွက်ရဲ့ အရသာနဲ့ Quality ကို Professional ပီသစွာ ပြန်လည်ဆန်းစစ်နိုင်ဖို့ (Sensory Skills) ဆိုတာ Barista တိုင်းအတွက် မရှိမဖြစ် လိုအပ်တဲ့ အရည်အချင်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

This program focuses on the key areas that café owners need to understand in order to build and operate a successful coffee business. Participants will learn how to select the most suitable coffee varieties for their café, identify and develop essential menu offerings, increase sales performance, and enhance the overall customer experience.
In addition, the training emphasizes the importance of customer service, hygiene standards, and implementing effective systems to consistently maintain and improve coffee quality.
