Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for excellence in the immigration and relocation industry? AIMS Myanmar is looking for a strategic Consulting Manager to lead our business operations and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Strategy & Growth
Execute and monitor monthly business targets and strategic action plans.
Identify new market opportunities to expand our presence.
2. Sales & Revenue
Drive and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Optimize the sales funnel to improve lead-to-client conversion rates.
3. Operations Management
Oversee daily immigration consulting operations.
Monitor sales pipelines and implement strict quality control to minimize errors.
4. Client Relationship Management
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality.
Directly handle escalated complaints and protect the company’s reputation.
Build and nurture long-term partnerships.
5. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all services strictly comply with international immigration laws.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa policies (Canada, Australia, UK, etc.).
Proactively identify and manage documentation risks.
6. Team Leadership
Lead, train, and supervise department heads and staff.
Set KPIs, evaluate performance, and foster a professional team culture.
Provide coaching and implementation of performance action plans.
7. Financial Management
Monitor revenue, expenses, and operational costs.
Analyze financial performance and ensure overall profitability.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management (MBA preferred).
Experience: 5–10 years of management experience (Immigration or Service industry experience is a strong advantage).
Skills: Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of international immigration processes.
Language: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Gender: Open to Female candidates.
